Those green boxes are called SCE and are used by developers. They test the game with out them to see if putting an object where the green things are will make the gameplay better or worst.
All fanboy BS aside this game needs to be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
I loved Gears 1 but was not please with 2 - Gears 3 brings back what was fun in 1 and made it 10x better.

Just saw the intro movie for Gears 3 on youtube and all I can say is holy mother of Chuck Norris this game will kick a$$.
I feel bad that I watched it but feel good because it was so EPIC. Cant wait till they upload part 2.

Holy smokes!!!! The made the game play faster in GOW3 or is this just because of a female character and they move faster?
The slowness on GOW2 from 1 is what really turned me off from 2.

So the Vulcan only works if two people are holding it? Also what the deference with the vulcan and a turret gun?
Is it just my PC or does the gameplay look like a cell shaded Gears of Wars sorta like Boderlands.

Like I said Joker is ok but some times his jokes are dry.
I am not saying to go all Duke Nukem on the game but even Halo and Metal Gear Solid 4 had some humor in it.
I love the Mass Effect series but wish Bioware would add just a tad of humor in the game and make each character feel like they have and individual personality.
Dont get me wrong I love serious games but I feel like all the Mass Effect characters look so serious and all have that seem WTF look. Joker is ok but even he sounds like he is forcing a joke out.
Even if they kept the characters serious they could at least add some easter eggs or references to other ...

But I am more than sure that Gears and Halo have a huge fan base outside the USA.
So if you add the US sales with world wide sales then you have a huge number.
Am I missing something here. The black thing on top looks like a modified Xbox and the white 360 below it does not have the huge HDD that the developrs 360 have.
Also why would developers still be using the older 360 when they could use the slim 360.
