The variety of different colors for the new Vita model is a good choice, but I'm not fond of the LCD screen it has.
When I eventually do get a Vita, it's most likely going to be a first-run Vita.
Nice bait
RIP Yamauchi. You really revived the industry after 1983 video game crash and make the company what it is today. Respect
I just hope things stay relatively the same. The good news is that Atlus stays 3rd party, but I'm kind of worried whether Sega will let Atlus do their own thing like they always have or not.
There's an explanation for it. Look it up.
You say that, but when they actually do release a new IP (read: The Wonderful 101), nobody buys it and the journalists shit on it because they can't be assed to learn how to play the game.
Well, Lost Odyssey sold approximately 800k copies, which isn't bad, considering that Xbox 360's fanbase didn't really consists of JRPG fans.
Also, it was one of the most memorable experiences for me last gen. It was an awesome, awesome game.
If you didn't realize, they -acknowledge- the problem. What's so hard to understand here?
I think Nintendo's only posted losses twice during the time they've been in the console business.
They've got lots of money.
How much does Sony pay you?
Whoever said that he wasn't supposed to be paid in the first place?
It's not necessarily funny becasue of the jabs themselves, but to see how anal devastated some drones get after their favourite company gets criticized.
Sony marketer, please go.
"It's a Sony exclusive so it's automatically better :)"
"B-but it's not a game, because it's something I don't like!"
I could argue that none of Sony's launch lineup are games because I don't care about them.
Then why don't you get a gaming PC instead?
Vesperia, Lost Odyssey (My favourite JRPG this gen) and Blue Dragon sold pretty well considering that 360 isn't very popular in the East.
If memory serves, each of them sold around 800k copies.
Do some research before criticizing the game, will ya? The game is only -published- by Bethesda, Zenimax is developing it.
It was Bethesda's own game studio that made Skyrim.
I'm not sure how the sub model works on consoles, but personally, I'm a fan of subscription model. It ensures frequent, high quality content patches and blocks out pay to win mechanics.
The game itself looks pretty solid for anyone who likes MMOs or TES
Nah, the author actually makes some pretty decent points and it's not all criticism. He said that he actually likes the Vita now.
But you would know that already if you had actually read the article and wouldn't be clouded by your fanboyism.
