Epic Games has been banned from the storefront... not the Epic International account which has the Unreal Development tools that Devs have access to... therefore not going against judges pre trial comment...
@SamPao - every storefront Sony, Microsoft & Nintendo get a 30% cut for every sale on their strorefront, why has Epic not got a problem with them? this will no doubt come out further into the court case...
currently ruled its Epics own doing by violating T&C forcing Apple to delete Fortnite and Apple are quite right to do so... temp block currently on Apple removing Epics Unreal Dev support from MacOS/iOS... full hearing will be later on...

think you'll find console makers are doing fine profit wise on each console sold... if they didnt they would bother to make them... Consoles is Sonys biggest profit making division...

lets not forget Devs screwing customers with microtransactions... OK in fortnites case its free what do you expect... just like its my choice to not use or buy a product, Devs have a choice not to use a platform to peddle there wares if they dont like the T&C and fees... Epic breached the T&C they signed up for, did it build the software with that in mind... there in trouble if that turns out to be the case...

Setting up a company website to sell limited quantity of rare items to a lot of potential customers with no method of taking the exact amount of orders to stock ratio and then blame the website crash or any other reason for all orders being cancelled is nice way for a person to collect alot of personal data and cc info for free without much effort... not that someone would do such a thing...
