With the exception of coming on to pick up GwG games, I haven't had a reason to turn on the Xbox since Sunset -- I've considered returning it until a stronger library came along. PS4 has been my mainstay multiplat console, so that's where my attention has been going.

Hey Timotim! I'm the reviewer -- thanks for checking everything out. As I noted, MCC and Sunset are exceptions to the rule. That said, the other exclusives haven't really spoken to me. I think Xbox is killing PS4 with exclusive content, however that isn't saying much.
Either way, this game is fantastic and a strong notch in the belt of MS!

I played all of these sections on PlayStation TV, so its not the case (in fact, you see me switching the options in the video)! Even with the control stick scheme, the follow the leader gameplay and level design just doesn't fit. I really want to like the game, but it actively works against me.

I agree; not all games with arbitrarily difficult controls are bad. You are dead on with the Octodad comparison. That said, there is something about those games (QWOP, Surgeon, etc) that makes players want to pick the game back up instantly to retry it. For whatever reason htoL#NiQ lacked that -- I think because of the unresponsiveness of the controls, the slow pace, and how often death seemed arbitrary. If it were ...

@Roccetarius -- I'm guessing you forgot what happens when Destiny servers shut down.
There is a difference between an indefinite license and ownership -- thats why Bungie can shut down Halo 2 servers without worrying about a law suit. If you enjoy some litigious reading, check out Vernor v. Autodesk (621 F.3d 1102) on the matter!
Hey Kalkano! Heads up, you don't actually own your physical media so much as the CD itself. You are bound by the same DRM/EULA agreement as anyone buying digital.
