I agree with you,
This whole sub-thread of opinions about franchises of games owned by MS going downhill doesn't mean much, it's not a productive discussion. But, since we are arguing if the games have gotten better or gotten worse, all you need to do is do your own research on the matter. On average, games owned by Microsoft have gotten worse in their quality. The same could be said about Sony. To each their own. Have a good day.

My "bald assertions" were based off of what i've heard from people who've played the games, along with my own experience, and based off of reviews from around the internet. I didn't know you wanted mountains of links. and i highly doubt getting numbers from VG charts to justify Fable numbers is anything but substantial.
-Halo was once good back in 2007(Halo3), ODST, Reach, Wars, and Halo4(343) were letdowns. I REALLY hope Halo 5 can bring it back.
-The first Fable was the only good one (2004) and even that one was poorly made. Legends is looking very underwhelming. @Naga, just because Fable 2 and 3 sold 4-5 million copies, doesn't make them good games. Look at Watchdogs and now Destiny. The mechanics and design choices were poorly executed.

Only issue i had was his little rant about the "Bros before Hoes" trophy and his so-called worst experience with brutality in video games (Kratos curb stomping the fury's face in). 3/5 for Ascension is appropriate.
Adam's reviews are generally on point. Yeah he gave Titanfall a 5/5, Infamous SS a 3/5.. and his GOTY for 2013 was Gone Home. But he's right about Destiny.

I'm glad Ps4 has found it's early success. It reminds me of the Ps2 era in alot of ways. I like Kaz a good deal and i hope we would see more of him. Skol Playstation.
I'd like to see these "million approved indie games" for Ps4 and XboxOne.
Anyone arguing against these Xbox indies need to go somewhere else. All of them look great and i'd be ecstatic to have them on the Xbox if i owned one.
@Death, you seem to have a lot of animosity for indies, or it might be against the "shovel ware" indie titles that you feel should've been released in the 80's. We would all love to hear your opinion on what "shovel ware" titles you deem are unacceptable. It isn't like the IOS/android store ...
You must mean Dark Souls 2... Dark Souls 1 was a masterpiece. Unless you don't like hard games. All i've been hearing is how easy Destiny is.

The three reasons that i got out of this article was: (1) It would boost Xbox One sales, since PS4 has been leading the entire year of 2014 (2) it would appease the Xbox 360 community that felt neglected once 4j studios went on to do PS3, PS4 and Vita ports and (3) It would be a nice addition to Xbox One game division, since their exclusives aren't selling as well as MS would have hoped. --- None of which are valid reasons that are positive for the industry, even more so for the consum...
