plus, if it wasn't for importing, some games may have never came over, via TvC, and the tails games.
kind of sucks importers are in the same boat with pirates and evil hackers...
i agree, with it being bogus. there are no games out for the 3ds or even the OS. i suppose you can hack into it, but what happens when they do put the os in and the games out? no doubt it will have APC, and i'm sure the OS would stop this too.
i'm sure in due time it will be hacked though, but before its release, i doubt it, and even so, it won't do much good this early in the game.

i'm sure i'll get disagreed, but why are people not sick of Halo or CoD? CoD gets 3 to 5 games a year, but Mario gets about 1 title for each console he's on, and all of the sudden he is being overused.
regardless, that looks like what they have at E3. they need an actually demo. maybe 8 characters to play as and 5 tracks.

that is correct. that how much current DS games cost in japan, so its safe to assume, that there really won't be a price hike when it comes to 3DS games. i'd say $40-$45 would be the highest for 3DS games, and really, some DS games cost that much, yes, 45 for a DS, like the Final Fantasy series

graphics are great and all, but when people put it before gameplay, then its annoying.
games like mega man 9 & 10 get passed up because of they way they look. some people think super mario galaxy looks like crap. but yet they want it for the ps360. thats crazy.
but people have been saying this since the 90's, X game looks better on the Sega Gen, than Super Nintendo
should be interesting how this develops. Nintendo has done alot to stop piracy, even made a new batch of IOS, but that just slowed them down.
they could pull a M$, but even a few days later, a work around surfaced.
i doubt they can stop it, but sony did do a great job from keeping the gates closed, but now, the gates have been blown off.
