They are very fun. I played all of them, minus the cooking game. I can't speak for the remake (since it looks like it is a 3d game now, rather than a 2D game), but the 3ds games are a blast. The only thing I have issue with, is that it is one of those games that give you 1 attack until you level up, so for level 1, you just have just 1 punch, then at level 2 you get 2 punches, and at level 3 you get 2 punches and 1 kick, ect. Well, we now know it won't be coming out then. Whatever Pachter says, the opposite will happen, like how the Vita would destroy the 3DS for example.
The problem is they did do an HD versions of those games and the games were worse.

I backed it for $60. I'm a sucker for art books and soundtracks. It also looks great too. It reminds me a bit a splatterhouse with how gritty it looks...aside from the Shovel Knight, Souls series, and Castlevina vibes

Sony, Nintendo and Bethesda are generally at the top. They range from okay to amazing. Out of Bethesda's 2 conferences, they were great. Sony is generally solid, unless they focus on dumb stuff, like PSTV, and Nintendo is usually entertaining to say the least, although they did have a few stinkers, like SF0

TBH, I use the handheld mode all the time with Zelda, the screen has never been too small, plus playing Zelda, Mario....and Rime on the go is awesome.
