Can they do that? IIRC, Nintendo had a lawsuit with game genie and lost, then again, that was pure cheat codes and not roms.
I'm more mad about region locking. Nintendo is the only one who does it, which of course promotes hacking and pirating. If Nintendo was smart, they would make the 3ds and wiiu region free. That is originally why I hacked my wii in the first place, because it wasn't region free.
I pre-ordered this game, so I can get the Deadly Six version. I wonder if the 3ds version will also have a special version or not.

Oddly enough, all of the people that I know that play video games are very fit and outgoing. I may agree with the nerd part though, but only to a certain extent. Not the looks of a nerd, but the smarts of a nerd and general interests, such as anime and comics.
I agree admiralvic. I hate when game pubs port a month/year(s) long ports of games and then complain they don't sell. We have seen this enough with Mass Effect and the Batman game on the Wiiu. If they really wanted the Wiiu versions to sell, launch them at the same time. geez, it isn't rocket science. That being said, Rayman and Watch_Dogs and a few other multiplat games are launching around the same time, so we will see how the Wiiu and it's Wiiu owners will buy these games.

So the review said it was bad because of the colorful worlds and there is a story....ok.
So far, this has been getting mixed reviews. It is either very good or very bad.
The review is lacking though. It doesn't really go into detail either way.
It says the Music is good, The story is cool, but it isn't, and the worlds are varied, yet boring/dumb.
I don't recall him saying the 3ds version is holding the wiiu version back.
Besides, Smash For was originally suppose to be for the 3ds only, but Nintendo said, lol no.

Wow, Nintendo is very stingy on releasing these. Nintendo states that it is a video game company and not a music one, so that is why they never release OSTs (unless for promotional reasons like Club Nintendo).

I pretty much agree. I think his B> would be a charged up run attack from his Pac-World games, so it would be similar to the Headbutt attacks.
Well, it is a fun game. I have the JPN version. The only issue i that it gets repetitive at times, but that is a given with a beat'm up genre. However, with the said, this game is so flipping fun I can look past the repetitive gameplay, plus the music kicks ass too, if you like rock music, IE, it is like Guilty Gear's music.
If so, I hope Nintendo oversees it. Nintendo is overseeing Sonic Lost Worlds and Bayonetta 2 and both look stellar.
