Yes. I go all digital anyways. Just make it so you can sell your digital games and they would be credited to your account, but you could only sell them a set limit of times.
Like if you bought it off PSN, ect. You'd have say 4 uses (times to sell), but say GS had an app that you could buy games from (used) and it has been traded twice, so there are only 1 time left to trade. There would be a system in place to see how many times it has been traded, ect.

I think that they are doing a soft launch. The Nintendo fans will run out and buy it regardless. They can hype up the system. Nintendo can work out bugs and add stuff. At E3 or Pax, they can show what is coming out in the future.
