just because you lost interest in those games, doesn't mean they'll stop making them.(guitar hero and what not)
yet nobody complains about all the final fantasy, rock bands, guitar hero, or madden nfl, but yet when a mario game comes along, nintendo's milking it.

sadly, last time i checked the devs said SH:SM is about 6 hours long. HOWEVER replay value is through the roof though, with all those psych test, and factors that change. hell you can ever change what the monster look like with what actions you take!(thats pretty cool, i think)

that game should sell well, since it was brought over here by demand, plus capcom took the time and effort to add more characters, wifi, other unlockables, and rebalanced the cast, instead of just porting it over. kudos to you capcom.

i have the 1st rev of the game, and its great. its a must buy for fighting fans.
as for my thoughts about why DS:E didn't sell well, ...
well, some of the wii games i was talking about, would be the M rated ones, MADWORLD, NMH, DS:E, The Conduit, [NMH2, Read steel 2] Monster hunter tri. these are "hardcore" games, yet people say they would sell better on the ps360, and some other ones too, like TvC, Little King's Story, and others that aren't rated M. plus ports of okmai and RE4.i'm not saying the wii has tons of "hardcore" games out there,but they should have enough to tie most people over

"hardcore" gamers complain there's no "hardcore" games on the wii, but yet when they come out they say, "it should have been on the ps360!!!!"
depends on what you mean by graphics.
if you want super realistic graphics then no, the wii really can't do that, but there are other games, like okami, whos grafixs aren't super realistic, but its art style is noted by people who play it, as gorgeous.
i also hope most of the zelda towns are also not ghost towns as well. i think OoT had more residents in Hyrule than TP did

its quite clear really, why they don't sell, and thats because they suck for the most part. who would want to play a 5 hour long game and play $50 for it with no replay value or online, and for those longer than 5 hours, like The Conduit, The Conduit is just ...

but its the 3rd party devs making imagine babies vet fashion show thats dragging down the wii, or lets take a great 3rd person shooter, and make it into a 5 hour rail-shooter, or lets port to all 4 consoles, but lets water-down the wii version so much, that the ps2 version of the game will have more content.
when devs start taking the wii seriously, then maybe things will turn around. what 3rd party games are there to look forward too this year? RE:DC(which is a railshooter)and....?...
kind of sucks the wii specs are low, luckily IIRC nintendo said their going to beef up their next gen spec wise, i also hope they work in the online department as well, so hopefully this won't happen.

extreme people are annoying at everything, like overly religious people saying your going to hell, because you don't believe in what i believe.
i don't mind it, as long as this stuff stays in people's heads. its ok to say something is bad when its bad(like ET the video game or superman 64), but when your just trolling, its annoying. also it doesn't help when people are too loyal, like say you have a ps3 and a wii. a game comes out for the wii, and people are excited about it, but...
i hope its region free. some of my wii games are from other regions, and they are the ones i play the most. TvC and some anime games. right now, i'm playing super robot wars neo, which we all know isn't coming to America. granted i'm also counting on backwards compatibility too[Nintendo's next generation console]
although i'm glad that nintendo will get a graphics boost. i'm all for eye candy, but that shouldn't be the only thing people look for.

like 360 & the PS3 aren't trying now? its like people forgot about their motion control stuff too. can't wait for these "hardcore" gamers to play 360 sports, or ps3 music. you know the devs are going to take a poop on the motion controls like they did with the wii and want $60 a pop for them too. its only matter of time, before natal is a fad or the PS3 motion controls are a fad. and with new blood on the scene, hopefully, these games will leave the wii.
