MS has released several single player games this gen, and I'm inclined to believe they would have done really well on playstation. They sell more multiplayer games than single player only games, it's just a fact for their platform, so they have to play to their strengths. Sonys hardcore fans love their single player games, good or mediocre they still sell.
It's just fanboyism, it's almost like the playstation selling more is more important than the gaming experience. If MS ever destroys playstation in sales, don't worry it will still be a playstation with it's own experiences, ps doesnt need to outsell everyone to outsell everyone.
Xbox is just a way for MS to get into your living room and expand their services. it's not their main attraction they make a lot more money of other things. Sony needs playstation to sell at these levels since it's one of its main $$ producers so they need to be more protective and restrictive.
I'd agree with you but the switch is selling like crazy and it's best selling games were already on the Wii u. I think it has more to do with brand, and the system itself.
Most of the developed world with fast and reliable internet is. PC is already there, consoles have been taking strides in that direction, and will only be a matter of time before it's the norm.
Played the Zelda demo at a best buy, and it was a complete jag fest, looked terrible imo. I'm sure it's a great game but the visual quality is just bad.

If its marketed right, people will buy it. Xbox's marketing has been pretty bad this gen IMO. If you look at sonys trailers and commercials they get you pumped to own a Playststation lol
Is there something impeding you from purchasing this game on PC? It's more likely that you're a steam fan, and dont like what's being done. All you have to do is download a new client, you canstill pick this up on your PC. I think it would be a bigger issue, if it only ran on let's say AMD hardware vs Nvidia.
@bluefox nah, my bros and I mainly play on xbox, so I decided to sell it while i could still make money on it. PS has tons of great games, so I will eventually pick one up again lol, but I'm really hoping the ps5 is announced for a release next year and its backwards compatible, would be a pretty sweet deal if enhanced the games like the X is doing.
It's only good for Devs doesn't really help PC gamers.
I sold my ps4 pro last year, but I'll probably pick one up again when last of us 2 releases. I'm hoping the ps5 will release soon, and pick that up instead.

If you shop for gamepass correctly you can get it for about $6 a month, with tons of games available its a steal.
I got it when it released. It's a great and beautiful game, just have to have patience lol
