Ubisoft always does great work.

SOD2 is great, WTF are you talking about. Crackdown is crackdown that was never on the halo or gears level.

@oasdada? Really it was one of the best in the series. Fully dedicated servers, multiple games modes, constant updates, coalition was fully engaged with the community from day one. New maps are rotated into multiplayer for "FREE". It also had an amazing campaign. To each their own, but IMO what they offered was simply amazing.

With the exception of whatever Gears Judgement Day was, they have all been top of the line games. Not concerned with the quality of the upcoming Gears, the Coalition has done a phenomenal job since they took over.

There's just so much potential with games like elder scrolls or fallout for coop, always felt like a missed opportunity. The thing is those games are massive, its plausible that a new engine may be required to do this effectively. I imagine it would cost alot of $$ to get it done correctly

These companies make tons of money so it makes sense

Yup doesnt make sense, I just got the X, and would upgrade anytime soon, considering it's a very capable console.

I was hoping it would be next year with last if us 2 lol

It's not that serious just dont spend money on this stuff. It's a free to play game so they have to make money somehow. People who see the value will pay for the, it's their money not my concern.

It's a great feature/option. Not sure what the big deal is, I've played fortnight with peeps from PC and playstation even switch, and it was a very similar experience. It's all good whether it happens or not. I don't think all games need it but, games with a heavy online community like COD,fortnite,Apex etc could make it a better experience for all people. Why should I have to purchase your console to play a third party game.

Maybe he only owns a playstation. Seems reasonable.

2554d ago 44 agree3 disagreeView comment

Yup, I think people need to understand that not everyone purchases a Sony console for their exclusives. I understand their games are generally good quality and rated high for the most part, but the majority of people play third party games.

Uncharted 4 was amazing not too many complaints from me. Well not any I'd care to mention, never finished pary 3 though played it a bit and got bored.

@ultranova I imagine most MS exclusives will see less sales since game pass offers the games day one. I play Forza but didn't purchase it, nor would I have spent any money on it, so this is a big plus for them. The only game I would probably purchase is halo and gears, since they have a major online component, and I may one day decide to cancel my gamepass sub. But let's say fable comes out on game pass that's a no brainer

GTA San Andrea's comes to mind though and it was one of the highest rated games and most played games, to be fair I played a bit of wrecking zone. And it wasn't what I expected. I think it held on to a 7 out of 10 it's not trash, but if you dont dig it you just dont
