the 360 is not dying. it still has a few tricks (gears2, fable2) BUT, if these fail then 360 may come close to dying which isn't even a good thing for the ps3 when you look at it. no competition = less effort/innovation = bad for any console.
OSIRUSSS i respect you for not being a fan boy +bubbles for u. i find it a little frustrating for some of us who just got our 360's back to hear this, now i miss out on the new better motherboard and smaller cpu!
i have had really good luck with mine. got it feb 06 and only died once on april 15 2008 (mind you i don't play it as much as some other people). i had to rush to get it fixed cuz i was scared id miss GTA4 at the time.
ill still stick with wow. to much time and effort put into it to just drop.

for me long cut scenes is ok cuz i love everything about MGS and have a good attension spand.Sadly there are some people who don't have the attention span to sit through these great cut scenes, yes its sad i know.

i think they want to tap into that casual gamer market which could bring in lots of money (like the wii's sales)
a review is a person's OPINION witch may not suit YOUR opinion and different reviewers are entitled to their own opinion just the same as you are. i know that a lot of people complained because some MGS4 reviewers weren't fans of the series and such thus why the 8. i think that it is good to once in a while have a reviewer who isn't into that style of game because it dose reduce some bias towards it compared to a die-hard fan (thats just imo), and it will help those on the fence who maybe are...
at least compare good games.
ah..good old fable. divorcing your wife to get max evil, gay mirage, etc . brings back good memories, hope the 2nd will do the same which im sure it will
i think it got boring because they took out all the rpg elements in SA which i really liked.
i may pick this up (again) because i found on the 360 all the visual glitches and pop-ins and such really takes away from the experience, epically when there is a cut scene where the textures take 10 sec to load in :O
