i believe the development team for animal crossing is very small
and nintendo only focused this week of e3 on launch titles for wiiu and games coming out THIS YEAR
animal crossing is a 2013 game so thats why it was a no show
nintendo always thinks of whats next after they are done with the current generation
they worked on the wii once gamecube was done
they worked on the 3ds once the ds was done
they worked on the wiiu once the wii was done
this IN NO WAY means that they are cancelling the 3ds...
