Does anyone know when the Open home beta hits later this year, will it be open to EVERYONE?!Or is there some catch like downloading a home theme, or pre-ordering something, or buying something first.. Or is this open beta without a doubt going to be open to anyone and everyone with no strings attached?!

first of all a price cut will hurt in the long run, if ms brings the price down too much it will then be considers the inferior console. The arcade model is a joke, the 360 is very well known for online and being able to download games and demos and you can't do either with the arcade. Plus with the ps3 most likely getting A $50.00 price cut we are back at square 1 again with only a $50.00 difference between the 2
The 360 is almost like the PS3 was a couple years ago, the 360 had a huge game that just flopped and nothing really good announced outside of Fable 2 and Gears 2. Very ironic if you think about it. The PS3 has so much momentum now its not even funn. Ive had the PS3 the day it came out, the 60 GB. So I know first hand all the crap its put up with, with the press bashing it.
I even remember that infamous EGM cover a couple years ago which was titled "battle station" and...

Name one game that is worth getting excited and ecstatic about from 360 in 2009? and dont even say Alan Wake or Halo Wars because those are very niche games.. im talking about Killzone 2 type games, games that will be mind blowing.. What does MS have in 2009?!

Lets face it.. PS3 has all the time in the world on its side, how many 360 price cuts can MS afford?! They alrady dropped the price by $50.00 to $299.99 for the Pro bundle, everyone said that $299.99 was the "Sweet spot" well guess what, July NPD numbers rolled around at PS3 still outsold it by 12 thousand units.
MS doesnt realize that in the long run that if they keep lowering the price for the 360, the price will get so low that people will no longer think of the 36...
dont get me wrong this game will be amazing and im going to be the first in line to buy this no doubt, but this is the same exact gameplay from the same exact level that has been shown a million times already. Ive watched it so many times i have the dialogue memorized by heart.. Literally
on a side note, this game will be downright AMAZING and definitley best shooter since say COD4.. I just wish they would show some new maps and new levels
I have my friends list maxed out on xbox live and i havent seen ONE person playing this game, not even one.. Whats worse is i view my friend's friends list also through xbox live and none of their friends are playing it either!! yea this game flopped across the board

This game will be amazing, looks amazing and sounds amazing and ill be the first to buy it the day it comes out BUT im tired of the SAME VIDEO lol, show something new!! If i see one more headline with the title "NEW killzone 2 gameplay vid" and if it turns out to be the same level in the wharehouse, im going to go NUTS!!

The 360 can keep Left 4 Dead, does anyone in the mainstream even care about this title?! I honestly think if this game came to the PS3 it would be very very overshadowed and overlooked by the likes of Killzone 2, Little Big Planet, Socom and Resistance 2 just short months away from release, Left 4 Dead wouldnt sell well on the PS3 given the amount of amazing titles sony has in the coming months.
