It's a great game regardless, no doubt it'll have a revived development, I've seen games sell less and get sequels. If the fact of sales lack due to microtransactions, then the children have won, if you don't like something like microtransactions, don't purchase them, they've been in games for years, I never once was prompted to purchase anything in game, nor am I obliged to pay for packs on Fifa or MP packs in ME3. Get over it, you whining fucks.

So, it's not really Assassin's Creed. It's understandable why they'd go this route though I suppose, the mechanics are there, the engine is there, the animations are done. Sprinkle in a few new buildings and call it AC4 and you've got another cash flow.
When you stop this generation of AC with the same character models, I'd like you to take a minute to read what era your fans want to indulge in and make it for us, Ubisoft.

Compared to what? The Last of Us, Metro, Watch Dogs and all the current gen likes are all pretty good looking games compared to anything out there now. Unless of course, you time travel.
As far behind as consoles "fall", games will never be primarily developed for PC using 100% of what's capable. Thus games will ALWAYS look like a current gen title, because that's what they're made for. If Crysis 3 pushes your PC to it's max, and looks respectfully similar on consoles, then you should feel a little embarrassed you spent £1000+ for your rig. I didn't overly love AC3 and I'm slightly annoyed at the Pirate theme instead of a fan favourite, but we know it'll be a fun game, mechanically it just works well.

Technically, the game at 3 was the best. ME1 has dated, I played it prior to release in 2005 and have been a fan since. I get the fact people have issues, I never said they didnt, but people had issues without even playing it.
I agree and disagree, due to the obvious reason of install base above all. Come E3 we may get some big hits, Square will come out with FF15 or Versus news for PS4. Santa Monica could be working on a new IP and Naughty Dog could always bring us Uncharted 4.

Personally never minded the ending, it left me to my own interpretation and imagination. The hate, like most things these days, was really just a couple of people moaning getting a mass of internet sheep following suit. Free multiplayer packs and almost a year later and it's still mentioned, move on.
As a side note, I hate EA beyond words, this is in no way a bias opinion. I haven't finished a wave 10 in MP since last march due to technical errors.
