The xbox cover looks like something a teenager would like while the PS3 cover is more Sleek and refined. No need to show blood or anything. Ryu's eye's tell the tale and that is more then enough.

Although I use home on occasion just to putz around and check out new content, i'm starting to lose my faith in this service that it will ever be anything other then an added expenditure on SONY's payroll.
If they cut support i'd acutally be perfectly ok with it. Use FreeRealms as something that everyone on a PS3 will gain access to and make money through transactions that way. Home (although it does make money) just isn't anything worth talking about.

Note: SONY would never buyout square and force exclusivity. They are too profitable on every other platform. Although Sony does own majority of Squares stock. My inner playstation faithful would love square exclusivity lol.

Before COD4 it was like... "COD? nah bland and WWII".
They moved to modern day and all of a sudden it became the pinnacle of FPS games (which i disagree with). I don't see it as anything beyond average.

The developer programmed it for your average PC. They then ported the engine to PS3 and 360. They chose not to utilize the SPU's for anything MAJOR... (cough) culling, animations, ai (cough) but rather use 1 SPU for sound YIPPEE!
They then decided not to work with the PS3's Hardware and Memory layout as it is in 2 different containers, but rather did a straight port utilizing 1 memory pool (256MB) and dumbed the textures down to fit inside of that.

Firstly i'm proably one of the biggest SONY fanboys on this site and i'm willing to show my displeasure with this product.
I was very interested in buying it, but the lack of HD resolution, Texture Resolution and particle effects is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
With games like Dead Space, Ninja Gaiden Sigmas, RE5, Street Fighter and the list goes on... This kind of poor quality is no excuse.

Its actually a real life "Playstation PORTABLE", where-as everything thus far has not been portable.
That fact alone makes it very very tempting. I may or may not get one. I just gave my psp-1000 away to my brother since i have no time to play it and because its not very portable, unless you have a backpack.
I think i'd rather be able to RIP my PSP games and take them with me on the PSP GO. Having the actual retail copies is nice.

But i'm honestly turned off by the lack of texture resolution. And 540p is just unacceptable. We are in Year 3 of the PS3 life. This is unacceptable.
If its SUB-HD,which it looks it i'm not buying it. The PS3 version is wayyyy to blurry and for a 3rd party game like this i'm not gonna waste my time. Shame too. I was interested before I saw how horrible it looked on the PS3 compared to the 360.

If your not playing it in multiplayer with a local buddy I can't see someone getting enjoyment out of this single player experience.

I found it offensive, not because of the subject matter, because as a Christian myself i could understand that.
It was the deceptive nature of their practice. They lied and pretended to be something they are not, so yes that is not acceptable.

Its more so the idea to hate on the Playstation fans, because they "Stole" something. Seems M$ is really good at Stealing things, in all facets of buisness.
As much as simulated damage is nice, more so just to tell the forza fans to shove it and move on, Damage and racing was never the vision with the GranTurismo series. It was all about the mastery of each car. The racing was just the means to collect the animals to ride. The purpose was to drive cars you'd never get to in real life and hone your skills on whichever car you had in your garage.

This video just proves everything real GT fans talk about. Not even talking about the graphical differences. This looks like a straight up ARCADE RACER, you can't watch that video and think anything but "MAINSTREAM FRIENDLY".

Its just got a better feel then anythign else. I had amazing games this weekend with all the new maps. Very intense. I highly recommend the "high-precision mode" for aiming too.
