I pay every month to get these games so no they aren't free. Also it's a competitive world, that's why corporations are giving stuff away, they want your custom and it's an incentive.. Some of us just want the corporations to try harder. Which is a good thing.

Yeah the first gears was damn awesome. So was the second game, I played the hell out of those 2

I'm currently not too happy with the PSN, twice I've had people over for sessions and both times psn was down. The last time it went down I couldn't even play my single player games.

Such rabid fanboys that I'm almost embarrassed to own a ps4.

Lol i feel for you, I had mates over for a battlefield session last night. Better luck next time :)

I couldn't play any games yesterday, battlefield wouldn't load the menu screen and none of my digital games worked. I got some license related error.

There is a massive difference between the two, an arcade pays for electricity, not only for the game machines but for lighting. Water rates, building rental, game rental, staff, maintenance and so on so forth. They need to get the money back off of a small group of local patrons which inflates prices. A large server farm like this may have bigger overheads however the target consumer is the world. They have a much, much bigger customer base so the costs are shared through a bigger consumer...

I don't think you understand, the purpose of a beta is to highlight problem areas so that they can be fixed. If these people who are having issues didn't say something Sony might not realise they exist and the final product would have problems. That's the whole reason Sony have a beta program. They want your feedback, they want to know what they got right and what they got wrong. (think Battlefield 4 at release) nobody wants to see Sony make the ...

Yeah how dare people give feedback in a beta. Don't they know that the idea of a beta isn't for feedback but instead it's a platform to pretend everything is brilliant with no issues. Silly consumers thinking that they can point out problems with a service. Next thing you know people will think that they can point out problems in other areas so that they can get better value for money later down the line. Remember they saying, if it's broken, don't complain and want ...

That's disgusting language, you owe him an apology

4372d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

I think the disagrees are because people want other things more. Don't look at disagrees as an attack. Think of it literally as people having other opinions and wants. I want hdd support, streaming and quick resume. Enjoy your gaming bro

I agree, I think all gamers should get full access to Multiplats, it makes for a better community because nobody is missing out. On a side note, I'm really looking forward to this game, I love Batman and Gotham. And slightly off topic, I'd love a new batman theme cover for the PS4, that would own.

I hope it doesn't fail, I really like bungie, they have a distinct style with their games and I really like it. It's bungies first new game since halo, that in itself in awesome, plus let's not forget that it's a multi platform which means most of us get the chance to play it which too is awesome. The article is only an opinion piece, I'll respect the authors opinion while humbly disagreeing.

Sadly that's the circle of life. If they go bust and shut down the employees will move on. Some may go setup a new studio and create new ips. On the other end of the scale, there's small studios out there getting bigger and better all the time. Look at cdpr and what they have created and are busy creating (witcher 3) I feel bad for the uncertainty that the crytek employees are facing but other than that there is nothing we can do.

I really enjoyed crysis 1 up to the point where you were fighting the aliens. Then it got boring real fast. But like I said up until that point I had great fun sneaking around taking out the enemy. Far cry 1, well I just loved that game. I can't even remember how many times I finished that game. Good times.

It's like that in Cheltenham, we have 1 game store on the high street, then around the corner there's an independent game shop and a cex and a second independent game shop about 100 yards on from that. Not to mention asda, tesco, Morrisons and sainsbury. All of which tend to offer better deals on big AAA titles than game. I've also never been much of a fan of game employees, they do tend to talk nonsense on occasion in order to make sales which I strongly disagree with. M...

The only fangirl making a noise here so far is you. Shut up, grow up, behave. Bloody pathetic children on this site get me down. Why is there nowhere free of children like you for us gamers to actually enjoy talking and debating games. Bub down for you.
