At this point it's pretty obvious that cloud compute isn't easy to implement. Even if it works as advertised in Crackdown I don't think we'll see it used in other games for a very long time.
It was something new at least and could have led to great things.
Look at Demon's Souls, a PS3 exclusive that went under most peoples radar and then look at what it resulted in. Dark Souls for multiple platforms and the very successful Bloodborne which is a PS4 exclusive.
He's a fanboy.
What about actual devs?

According to some people Sony payed for exclusivity and Cliff B hates Xbox despite the fact he was open that going with PS4 was due to install base and having a small team.
Must be fake news that Sony payed for because Lord Phil can't be wrong.
The update costs nothing to download so it's free. According to your dumb logic no updates are free for any game or system.
Great counter argument.
It used to have full game trials as a feature.
I agree with all that but it wasn't enough to save Evolution from being shut down and the IP is effectively dead now.
No idea why Destiny is on the list since it was very successful from launch and didn't need to be saved. Pretty sure Dying Light didn't need to be saved either.
Developer got shut down so the game didn't really get saved.
"squandering the money on lavish vacations"
Proof?
No. It's not possible to provide a single example of good microtransactions.
If the Switch is successful long term then I think they'll stick with the hybrid design. The lack of power could be a issue when Sony & MS release their 9th gen systems.
Aggressive? That wasn't aggressive in the slightest.
People have every right to be skeptical of Skull & Bones after the way For Honor was handled, and I say that as someone who's interested in the game. In fact people have every right to be skeptical of everything Ubisoft put out after games like Watch Dogs, Steep, The Division, Ghost Recon, For Honor. Then you had the annual AC games and recycled Far Cry games. Ubisoft earned this criticism and while you're...
Ubisoft are not victims of unfair criticism. Claiming that this criticism is unfairly shitting on them is silly, but I guess it's much easier to accuse people of being haters or something when you don't have a better defense.
For Honor was a really promising title but it was ruined by poor decisions. It is embarrassing when the best players in your game are able to win using exploits and lose due to bugs, even worse when they are well known issues in the community. ...
It isn't F2P.
They can't after Scalebound.
