Big difference: mobile games are usually "free" first, not $60 full releases
NFS has been trash for the past few years anyway. And EA? Utter criminals. I hope this derivative game sells less than 100k
If PC games had any substantial, mind blowing offerings, as it did between ps2 and Xbox 360, id be all over it. A $600 pc will not best current console output , but keep spreading fantasies (maybe in specs alone, but optimization is also not uniform and you also fail to mention background applications hogging resources). If you build a budget pc and are serious about gaming, you'll be upgrading and spending more money every year. Steam has also been around for over 10 years. I know becaus...
It'll never have the mass appeal of a console. As im getting older, I have less and less time for the headaches that come with PC gaming. I'd rather pop in a disc and get into a game without any other hassles. And right now pc games are bottlenecked by console games anyway. My ps4 output looks better than my once decent pc rig and I'm not going to put $2,000 into building another. When it kicks I'll probably just go with a Mac. PC gaming is alive and well, but to me, it's...
Yeah I like arma as well. Good game but I got out of the pc arms race years ago. I love video games but my time is limited and my ps4 is good enough to suit my needs. Resident Evil 1 has been taking the bulk of my time lately
4 kind of turned me off personally
Checkpoints wouldn't even work. You need to be smart with your saves. If you save with no ammo or health sprays / herbs, it's practucally game over depending on skill and difficulty. Use every save slot and save sequentially so you always have a point to fall back to in case you mess up
At what rate? They only redid the first and didn't officially announce or allude to any others. You're commenting more on the hype generated by our gaming peers, I imagine, vs what's actually slated for development or release officially. For the record, if they do remake 2 & 3 correctly, day 1 purchase. I'd even give 4 another go even though I wasnt a fan of the new direction of the series. As for 5 / 6... You can't polish a turd
But it needs to happen in the classic way. Fixed camera angles. No over the shoulder BS. If done correctly, fixed camera angles could be terrifying
2. They need to redo Resident Evil 2. Seriously people - BUY THIS GAME! The more sales they have, the more motivation to remake the other classics. And younger gamers - use a strategy guide or walkthrough. This is not a post 2005 hand holding experience.
I like the game just the way it is. I'm playing on easy mode right now with Chris, because with his disadvantages it basically balances out to normal. Have to get my bearings back and path set again for a hard Jill run. I used to speed run it back in the day.
Bubbles for you. 100% true. The costume just made my eyes roll. The devs probably have to take masturbation breaks every day. It's going to take away from any seriousness her character represents. It should have been an alt costume. It's just outrageous, she could have looked just as hot wearing a costume that's as battlefield practical as it is sexy.
She's pretty underdressed for the occasion. Hot character model? Definitely. But shes definitely objectified. That should have been an alt costume, not the primary. It's going to take away from the story
I hope 7 is just a complete reboot. The series is tainted with mediocrity. Has been since 4 (good, got lots of acclaim, I just personally didn't like the horror to action transition)
And that's why you have 1 bubble... It was re-released on GameCube, not remade. They're talking about a remaster in the same spirit as the REmake
Took long enough. The cry for a remaster has been there since re1 hit GameCube. I really hope it's done in the same, faithful vein. Fixed camera angles and no hand holding. REmake is just amazing.
I miss that game Shattered Horizon on PC. Ahead of its time. Space shooter that takes place in low earth orbit spacewalks
I've never dug zombie games. Even when I see a zombie movie I roll my eyes. I never got into the walking dead either. State of Decay was very cool though
It has the worst ending in video game history. 75% was amazing though
I used to speed run RE 1. I know the controls so we'll still to this day. But I can dig the new ones. I was apprehensive at first but after trying it, I love it
