It most certainly is a danger for some people, In fact Im very surprised none of this was mentioned at all before release, But that would send my epileptic girlfriend into a frenzy. They put warnings on some games, but if this packs out infra red it should have a pretty damn big seizure warning on it. a few flashes on screen wont do half as much damage to an epileptic as infrared

Iv been on 360 longer than I have been on ps3. You dont have to be a troll to think kinect is stupid, to say you have the superior method of gaming because of an overkill ad campaign is stupid. I love 360 and PS3. But I love controllers. Im not into this move stuff either but it doesnt make me a troll to hate the way gaming is going. But hey, PS3 has more exclusives so maybe it is a bit better these days anyway, still doesnt make me a troll.

No offence but the idea of talking to all my househeld aplliances to get them working freaks me out, Imagine your on the toilet shouting to someone through the door something to do with 'camera' and 'facebook'. Theres so many ways it could pick up on unwanted commands.
In a less sarcy sense, what about if you move your arm in the wrong way or say something that you didnt it to pick up. I would hate to tell the dog to stop in the middle of watching a movie

unless they make it so I can beat the living crap out of someone with whatever gun I may have in ANY fps game then I cant see a reason to fork out for it. whats the point? hackers will beat it. just like they will find another hack for the ps3. To be honest I couldnt care less, I used to be offered pirate games buy one of my dads friends that used to come round way back when I was six, some sixteen years later I still dont get them, Pirates have been around for years, and if it didnt kill the ps2 (swap magic anyone?) then its not going to kill this gen, the devs themselves are wasting a lot of money combating something they cannot stop
the lack of outrage is due to the fact that not everyone is suffering from this. I was expecting all hell to break loose on the game after reading reviews however, this actually wasnt the case for me. Im pretty far in and have spent quite a good amount of hours since the strip onwards too (cant remember my play time) however I have had no serious glitches. of course the frame rate will drop a bit here and there, And I had one glitch where I got sucked into and stuck to a wall while I got kill...
