I heard that U4 was later heavily bundled and bundles aren't included here. I'm more surprised there isn't Gears of War 4. Last gen was juggernaut and now it can't break Top 10.
"Reuters UK estimated that Halo 3 may have sold up to 5.2 million copies worldwide in the first two weeks after launch."
Maybe because of this?
https://www.gamerevolution....
But there must be some reason why PS4 is outselling Xbox One by 50 million…..
Yup. God of War and soon Spider-Man sold better than Halo 5 in US (and worldwide) where PS4 has tiny lead. Looks like Halo isn't juggernaut once was.
Forza Horizon 4 is a month old and it's already selling for $35?
"Amazing to see horizon 4 still up there with it being a racing game."
LOL UK is best market for racers.
Yep, soon PS4 will lead Xbox One by 50 million . And all this without promotions every month like Microsoft does to Xbox One in US.
Smartest thing for Microsoft would be to release next Xbox in US only. It's not like anybody outside of US care about Xbox.
Also, Microsoft has the newest console which is also the most powerful, still since Xbox One X launch Xbox One beat PS4 in US only once. This is Xbox's strongest market? I don't want to Know...
I have already preordered Spyro, and I will preorder GRIP (Rollcage spiritual succesor) also in a few days.
Dragon Quest in west? God of War released in April.
PS4 is 5 years old, Switch 1,5 years old.
They sold better than last year when they were supply constrained?
And selling better in second year than in First is nothing to brag about.
700k is few less?
*The numbers shown above are worldwide consolidated sales in units life-to-date.
*Software units include the quantity bundled with hardware.
*Software units include the downloadable versions.
On PS4 third party games actually sell. When was the last time FIFA sold 10+ million on Nintendo? Or GTA? Or RDR? Or Call of Duty? Still by the end of gen PS4 will have five 10+ million exclusives:
1. God of War
2. Spider-Man
3. TLOU Part II
4. Horizon Zero Dawn
5. Uncharted 4
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Why do you think they don't count digital?
"Yeah sure, it sold better these past two quarters than the same quarters last year"
Better than last year when was supply constrained?
"...and had a first party drought at that"
Switch will have many more droughts.
God of War for last quarter?
700k is not little less.
"Switch was supply constrained too"
Did you mention that when you were bragging about how Switch was up last 2 quarters compared to year before?
"The PS4 version of FIFA 19 accounted for 64% of sales, with Xbox One accounting for 35% and the Switch version the remaining 1%."
"There's also a new game at No.3 in the form of NBA 2K19. The 2K title charts a place lower than last year's entry, although sales are pretty much identical. 65% of sales of NBA were on PS4, 33% on Xbox One and 2% on Nintendo Switch."
"Media Create published its weekly analysis of last week’s resul...
After 19 months Switch is at 22.86 million shipped.
After 19,5 months PS4 was at 25.3 million shipped.

Plus, Switch is $100 cheaper.
You're counting first holiday season for PS4 when it launched? When it was supply constrained? When in Europe launched November 29th?
Since Xbox One X launch last November, Xbox One beat PS4 only once in US.
