Yet the very mention of Apple from a Behemoth like Nintendo tells me they seem threatened in some way by Apple.
As long as it has m+kb support we won't really care. 10-15 dollars monthly is no big deal if the game is worth it.
"Sony's Latest Hallucination: The PS2 Competes With The Wii (SNE)"
Agreed. Next article.
ROFL!
LOL
@Jimmy
-good point.
@Kigmal
"My playing style is weird but I alternate from DPAD to joystick during matches. Sounds weird, but that's how I play."
My brother's a longtime fighter veteran and he does the same. I'm almost unbeatable online till I fought this one dude and got raped. I asked him what controller he was using(I use fightpad) and he said "original 360 controller", I was floored!
"Blu-ray"
You hit it on the nail right there.
Fans shouldn't be "fed up", they are getting something for NOTHING!
Xbox360 took about 10 seconds, FYI. It was a fix update, that was never announced only right before we got it.
Kionic is right, that loading lag is connection/speed based.
"I agree...the guide button has a lag here and there."
Same here but I did notice the guide has less lag on my LCD than it does on my CRT(HDTV).
Funny thing is I STILL DON'T NEED bluray. I do need party-chat, though.
And if you look up to where it clearly says, "xbox360" and "Gamerzone" you would again realize why they're right when they call you "fanboy". Dumb a**!
Agreed.
I just wrote something about that on gamerzone. Anyway, most here say Crytek engine 3 destroys UE3 but no one mentions the last pic and how Gears wins that one. Fanboys ftw!
It's not a "gimped version" of Crysis engine it's a "scalable" version of Crysis Engine for consoles. It's the same with Unreal Engine 3's scalable engine for consoles just look at Gears PC. Much higher res, better textures, higher framerates, and DirectX 10 support. Gears for PC looks phenomenal on PC. I still play it, btw.
You can't forget art direction. While I notice more detail in CryEngine 3, it's boring. Same environments, same hyper realism no true variety and diversity in art direction. It's still a while till we get a game using this engine and won't really know what it's capable of till later, but comparing it to a proven engine like UE3, although imperfect, is a little premature...but then again, there's no better standard(for lincensed engines) than UE3 right now.
They're not breaking even yet, they're just now losing $49 a console. At the beginning, the PS3 was losing $240, mind you. http://www.gamespot.com/new...
Is anyone really surprised? They can't bring a price cut to the PS3 without going deeper in the red.
A price cut of $50 dollars will make it -$100 for each PS3 console produced.
It's logical to drop the price of a product they actually make a profit from(PS2).
This is the only way Apple can keep competing with Microsoft. New Windows computers all ship with Windows Vista Home x64 now.
