Xbox One is a great next gen machine and very capable

Even some PC enthusiast think the graphics are unbelievable

@Stunna1 it plays next gen games so how does it not look next gen

The last time i checked Xbox One has more exclusives worth playing

That would mean Xbox "caters to the gamer"

Playstation 4 is selling more because of Microsoft's original DRM plans but now that they are gone X1 is the best console IMHO

I see and hear about more people playing Xbox One while the PS4 is used for Netfix or not being plugged up at all

As far as games Xbox One has better exclusives so far and Sony is losing staff from their greatest studios but we'll have to see how it pans out

Something tells me we'll see full fledged directx 12 games at E3 and with 50% of the cpu's workload reduced, games will see major improvements on Xbox One

This is absolutely, I think, the most significant jump in technology in a long, long time- Eric Mentzer, Intel's VP of Platform Engineering

You'd have to be pretty bias to think Microsoft isn't bringing their A game this gen so far

MS is building their studios, already have a good lineup of games, and the titles coming in 2014/15 look great

There's so much promise in Directx 12 too

Directx 12 is like jumping 4 generations of hardware ahead, all at once- AMD's Raja Koduri

Things do look scary for Sony though

1.1 billion dollar loss, selling of the Tokyo building, layoffs and people quiting, canceling two games one from SSM and a Legacy of Kain for the PS4

Out of all of those games I'd only buy Outlast and Rime

I'd rather have a triple A game

Indies are ok but most of them can't compete with Gears, Halo, etc.

It kind of seems like Sony is focused too much on the indie scene while Microsoft is aiming for true next gen gaming

Phil Spencer is doing a tremendous job with the brand bringing back wanted games and attaining new games

Phil Harrison gave the greenlight for some of the key franchises Playstation owners enjoy

With these two guys that love games I'd say Xbox is in great hands

Ryse, Quantum Break, Halo 5, Gears of War 4, Sunset Overdrive, D4, Fable Legends, Max, Titanfall, Halo 2, Killer Instinct, Crackdown 3, Project Spark, Forza Horizon 2

I can't see many consoles being taken back unless someone is desperate for cash

This. Ryse is actually my most played game on my Xbox One. The game is fun and the executions are addicting

Exactly! And I'll add Halo 2 anniversary, Halo 5, Gears of War 4, and Fable Legends

I knew Ryse had some form of raytracing the way lighting reflects so realistically

Those are the best facial animations I've ever seen in a game

Ryse is a good purchase too... Don't let haters cloud your judgment it has unbelievable graphics, a good story and good gameplay

Ryse 2: Knights of England. I can't wait

X1 is making a strong comeback slowly but surely

And on an interesting note... Some of the best graphics producers Epic Games are announcing new next gen games next year the same time Directx 12 will be available

What's even more interesting is that Microsoft's Lionhead studios created the Global Illumination feature for Unreal Engine 4
