You're right that hardware can't be changed but do we know what 4 data move engines can do along with 11 other smaller processors?
We know for a fact that those are inside the Xbox One

As for Directx 12, E3 will decide whether it benefits games and I'm gonna bet it does greatly

I don't know if this is Ryse 2 but I'm pretty confident they're making Ryse 2
I'm betting it'll show at E3 and with Crytek having one game developed now, expect to be floored by the sequel

With the money Microsoft has and the development of their teams they can be unstoppable

Kinect is an option, the price is the same as the competition, multiplats are getting even closer in terms of graphics/performance, and the brand's best two sellers aren't out yet
Sony has Drive club and The Last of Us for this year and if the Order is really delayed like the rumors state then MS can capitalize with Halo 2 or Halo 1-4 remakes, Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon, and possibly Quantum Brea...

People don't know that Esram when used correctly provides better efficiency and less latency because of it, this will show in a year or so
