The Vita, to me is generally a big frustration. Aside from the hardware being mostly spot-on, the platform seems to have been a swing-and-miss. Holding out some hope that E3 will have some nice things to show.
"What should I do?" Replace the PS3's blu-ray drive. It's easily one of the most straightforward repairs I've done. You can't really go wrong if you follow any of the guides on youtube.

I doubt Sony will read your message on here. Also, I imagine that Netflix haven't submitted their app for these regions.
Keep your PS3 then?
Thanks, Wikipediabot.
Even after watching that, I'm not sure what I was meant to take away from that video...
Is it only me that thinks the Steam Box won't catch on as much as people are making out it will? Sure, Valve/Steam are synonymous with PC Gaming but in terms of Consumer electronics, who will see it on the shelf and think "Oh yeah, Valve; That renowned electronics company."? The tech behind it will likely be solid, but I can't honestly see it gaining traction in the market.
Scrolling down, I thought I was the only one. Not sure how people missed that.
No.
"MasonicGamer.com: I normally hate cosplay but I recently came across some pretty impressive Ivy SoulCalibur V cosplay."
I hope you wiped up after yourself.
I agree that the hardware speaks for itself. I pre-ordered mine while I was playing the unit they had in advance at my local GAME. When I picked it up on release day, I didn't even wait to get home to tear it open. But when I was using it, menu and all, a few things that I didn't like started to make themselves known. I was amazed at how often you see the "Please Wait..." box while navigating around. It's inevitable that I'm going to compare to phones, given that it ...
Out of Assassin's Creed or Gravity Rush, I'd definitely choose Gravity Rush. Assassin's Creed is good, but not great. The frame rate distracts from what should be fluid motion when free-running. Gameplay doesn't flow quite as well as the console versions.
Some other games I enjoy are Rayman Origins, Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection and Uncharted: Golden Abyss. If, like me, you've played a lot of WipEout HD on the PS3, you might find WipEout 2048 to be wort...
No. I don't want to put £5 in my wallet. It should be my choice. Other app stores can do it, so why not Sony's? And that credit would be there for a long time. I rarely purchase DLC and prefer to get physical copies of my games. Honestly, I see no point in defending this blatant flaw of the Playstation Store.
I have a Vita and straight away I can't say that I would recommend it to anybody yet. People tend to be in the either/or mentality when it comes to handheld gaming now, so they are likely to either pick up a tablet or pick up a Vita. I honestly can't say "buy it for the games" even though the gameplay experience is far superior to a tablet or phone. The price of admission is just too damn high.
If it sold with at least some on-board memory, it would help in...
They need to just admit that it was a bad move and bring it back.
I appreciate it when older games that link you to the store still have the old view. Those were better days...
Huh, it's actually coming together nicely by the looks of it. Got to wonder if the campaign manages to cram in some of the bigger set-pieces that you would expect from consoles though.
Only just now found it out but you can no longer browse the XMB while playing music.
I frequently use the PS3 as my music player since it's hooked up to the best speakers I have and to not be able to browse for the next track while one is playing is what pissed me off the most.
And singstar. How can they go so wrong with one update?
I just hope they drop their minimum wallet top-up amount. Having to top up at least £5 turns me off of some of the cheaper games.
People calling for console-bans for trolling are the reason why people do it. They're in it for the reaction and until trolling is outlawed in the terms of service in all online games, then people will still do it. Getting reactions from people spurs the trolls on and I, myself find overreactions over video games highly amusing. Yeah, it can be annoying when you're on a good run and a teammate comes up and pops your face, or having a good lap on F1 and you're punted off the track ...
