Same, my friend and I loved it. I finally got to play with nightwing one of my favorite characters and he was a blast to play with.

I just beat the game and figured I’d see if this worked after beating the final boss. I believe it is officially patched because it did not trigger on my save before and after.
Playing on PS5 and I’m hooked! This game is so good, dodging is easy but also intense. The scenarios are personal and confined which makes you feel more on edge. The weapons are super easy but the focus on melee is pristine. I’ve seen minor glitches and 1 crash so far but this games an easy 8-9. If the pc and Xbox performances are that bad I can see how it might lose 2 points on those systems which would be fair.

I just bought it, if the average is 70 and I had a blast with Gotham knights and Valkyrie Elysium which both average 6-7 scores from meta critic. I am sure I know what I will enjoy.
Granted I REALLY wanted gungrave to be good and that simply was not. So, as long as it’s not worse then gungrave for me I’ll enjoy it.

That’s weird… had more enemy variety types. Had more locations and environmental changes. Had different character perspectives and gameplay. Evolved the characters and world narrative in a 2 part take vs a 6 part series. Grew every character to grander proportions without relying solely on Kratos to carry. Didn’t back seat the character we came for to much where you wonder why are you doing this other thing.

Since you spoiling for people, Atreus literally asks himself that question when he looks at Orin’s picture in his office. He was wondering if the self portrait of him being young was because it was very old or if he had people paint him young by order.
That gives the nuance of the characters vanity and self narrative versus his reality for the story. All while leaning on the mythos of Norse mythology.

I don’t feel like they could agree without making it super cheesy and Disney last involvement with MvCI impacted the cast a lot. It would just be fun to have the Segway for them to compete is with the capcom platform as the meeting grounds.
