'Get Valve on consoles'? Valve have been making games for consoles for several years. Everything they release these days is multiplatform.
That's quite an unpleasant thing to say.
Wait... ShellShock 2? Are you sure?

What a bizarre article. Rage and Fear 'niche'? What on earth is 'Operation Flashpoint 2'? And - uh - the screenshot for Singularity is actually the main menu of a completely different game.
You do understand the concept of an opinion piece, right? And how almost every known publication, from national papers to specialist magazines, runs them on a frequent basis?
"the reviewer complained that the game should have been open world"
He really didn't.
You can't just pose as a tester to get insider info, though. For starters, in order to become one, you'll almost certainly have to sign an NDA. Breaking that NDA by reporting on stuff within the studio is against the law. The only way it would be okay - in the UK at least - is if a lawyer will vouch for you that your methods resulted in news that is of great public importance.
"Until there is game journalist who goes out there into the field, posing undercover as a tester at a company; finding a way into gamestop corporate offices..."
You do understand the legal implications of such activity, right? Are you seriously encouraging journalists to be unscrupulous?
Of course we should all try to dig a little deeper and report more accurately. But behaving in a disingenuous way to land a story is always a bad thing. Posing as a...
Turns out a key element of this story was inaccurate, guys, apologies for the confusion. If someone can update the headline I'd be really grateful. Sorry about this.
I'm usually a strong supporter of every critic having their own opinion of a game and not falling into some dull consensus, but... a 3 for Skyrim? No matter which way I look at it, I can't fathom it.
Of course, I can't even read the review either, since the site appears to be down, no doubt crushed under a sea of 'WTF?!' clickthroughs.
"do these so called journalist not understand?"
Presumably yes? From the article:
"The studio is going so far as to argue that this isn’t even a 'zombie game', and is instead trying to promote the game as a love story – hopefully this is something that sticks and is not just for marketing purposes. By not making the enemies the focus, Naughty Dog can avoid turning The Last of Us into a generic shoot-by-numbers action game that most titl...
Am I missing something? Kojima doesn't appear to be saying what this headline says at all...
For those who haven't noticed, this article has been constantly updating with new information. When it first hit the front page, the guy's comments weren't included at all, just the initial tweets and official comments from GSC. The subsequent tweet was added to the article as 'confirmation', then subsequently corrected, but the rumour existed long before that tweet even appeared.
Trolling how, exactly? This story has been picked up by every bloomin' site on the web...
See update. This is all very odd.
'Worst part is the guy in charge closed it for "personal reasons".' Source?
However, it's otherwise a fine port, with loads of customisation options and seamless switching between mouse & keyboard and a pad. So stop whinging. There's no discernable difference between 30fps and 60fps in a game like L.A. Noire.
Ah the joys of the internet. I tried to post this exact story earlier. I got six reports and numerous personally abusive comments for daring to post something so 'LAME!'... Now someone else has lobbed it up and it's on the Hottest bar.
If every review read like that, I'd cry.
Apparently not. The guy behind this project (ex-BioWare) says it's unrelated.
