Nothing and it's only 8%. The X1 will never be on par with PS4 graphicaly. And that's ok. It's going to have some good games of its own but don't expect multiplats to ever have parity. As devs learn the architecture of the X1 they will be doing the same with the PS4 keeping the gap open.
They always have been.
Devs want to show the version in the best possible light. This is with most multiplats. So they show their work on PS4.

Well I love my Vita and remote play is friggin awesome works perfect I was just playing Tomb Raider on it in my bedroom while my PS4 was streaming it down stairs. All in all if it flops that will suck but I've got a great little portable PS4 in my pocket even if they don't make another game for it. I'll always have use for it. Not to mention I have probably 30 games for it that will keep me busy for ever. No regrets on my purchase.

Just like the X1 it's over priced for what you get. But then again not really into MP games so what the hell do I know.
We'll they should have to justify the 60$ price tag. Also change the trophie list I don't want to play the MP to get the rest of the trophies.
I hope it's a good year for the X1. I'd like to pick one up but I need to see Quantnum Break in action and I usually buy a system for Halo none of the other exclusives interest me. Sorry if I offend anyone with my statement.
