My problem isn't that Tekken is going to the 360, it's the release delay it has caused. Namco and MS are working on creating a new joystick and controller for the game (Or so I heard...). Obviously, the 360's current controller would suck, so they're fixing that. Those things along with the game port itself, have resulted in a November 2009 release date.
I don't mind losing exclusivity, but fuqq the resulting delays it causes.
Oh, I definitely agree. Tekken isn't that big of a deal. Especially since its sales average is about the same as the beloved MGS series. Who cares about a game that sells like 4+ million copies?
MS recently announced they are working on XBOX Zome. It will use your 3d avatar from NXE and allow him to interact with other NXE avatars in a virtual 3d world. You'll be able to bowl, play darts, and pool. The prices for the games will reflect the costs of playing those games in your local area (at a real pool hall, bowling alley, etc.).
Entering Zome will also have a cost. This will be somewhat similar to international phone call rates and will vary depending on your dist...

It's the same principle behind why the vast majority can still play older gen games after playing pwnsaucing games in HD. When the game's being play, the graphical wow factor takes a backseat to the actual content; the game. I still love beating up Tyson in Punch Out. Or playing Zelda fot the NES. And how many people still love FFVII? ...
Unless you got free S & H, the prices you're listing are a little misleading. Usually, they sell cheaper online because after you pay shipping, it's a lot closer to what you'd pay in retail.
Agreed. Actually, after rereading what he wrote, you're right. You don't have to be an expert. Anyone who denies that and critiques this guy's opinion because of that reason is just a hypocrite. Well, unless they can recite all of the patents, historical developemental data, why the adoption is so slow, how the fusing of the disc actually goes together, how dual and quad layered discs are created, etc. He knows enough, so his opinion is valid.
