and let me assure you... there is plenty of personality here... glowin red eyes of the helghast is all but cemented as the symbol of what is killzone...
and the story to me (i also played the first killzone) is pretty epic imo... spoilers aside... that Radec is one badmuthashutyomouf!
I know it's nothing like Aerith and sephiroth, but it was pretty damn intense...
gimme killzone 3!
@ no-spin...
what they gonna drop the 360 price to? $129? like the ps2?
but for some reason, i think i read on kotaku that ps3 was the lead platform that it was developed on...
like i said i could be wrong...
"dont quote me boy cuz i ain't sayin sh1t..." - eazy e
for both socom and killzone in my life...
at the time of release, the fightin mechanic was quite unique and fun... i would definately be interested in an updated version...
i have yet to try the mark of kri follow up "rise of the kasai" ... prolly should hit up some flee markets and track that puppy down...
1. they haven't "officially" announced it yet.
2. even once they announce it, it'll prolly be upwards to a year to 2 years before they launch it...
3. theres plenty of great games to be played on it now...
for me personally, once patapon 2 comes out... all my other systems will have to take the back seat...
when it comes to the fighting genre... perhaps SF5 will bring those features... we can only hope... in the mean time... imma enjoy the sh1t outta SF4...
1up is on a roll!
Flower = A+
Killzone 2 = A+
Loco Roco 2 = A+
i thought they were anti sony?
you know ps3 was relevent even before killzone2... i've been enjoying it since launch... the way the psn has evolved makes me proud... all the things they're doing i completely support... especially all the games that push boundries like Afrika, Flower, Flow, echochrome etc... yes they're not for everyone, but they round out the complete package... a lot of these games really feel like interactive art as opposed to a "video game"... i don't know... its hard to explain... just my opi...
come here so i can pat you on the back... there there, feel better now?
thats all..
if Race Pro is an 8... edge would prolly give Gran Turismo a 6... what a joke...
don't care for any of those top 5 things this article mentioned... well, aside from mario kart, but i already got that... and besides i'm on a killzone high right now... why this article gotta be a party foul and be such a buzzkill... now's the time everyone points their finger at the person that posted this and calls out "parrrrty fouuuuuuL!"
you got an entire community of socom players that can tell you that... people log massive hours on this game... i doubt they would do that with a game that you believe is broken... give it a shot... prolly can find it used for cheap... its really fun... trust... even after killzone 2 comes out... theres room for both... COMPLETE different experiences...
for 60 bucks with a little online searching... and yes... it's over 9000....
let me review as well!
Killzone 2 : 11/10!!
see what i did there? i too have a degree in game reviewing... finished an online course... took me 8 years of schooling... my parents wanted me to be a doctor.. but i told them.. NO! i wanna be a game reviewer!!
1. Exploding Barrels placed in the most Random Places.
(unfortunately, one of my favorite games of all time is victim to this. Uncharted, i'm lookin at you...)
It even had an entire level where you went up river blowin up barrels... and don't forget the blowin up barrels to solve puzzles... blowin barrels to blow holes in the walls... and blowin up barrels to blow up barrels...
2. Ammo left around convieniently before a boss fight (or skirmish).
...
now i wouldn't say Greatest games... but my personal favorite would be more like it...
apple II : Lode Runner / Karateka (can't decide)
Famicom: Contra / Punch Out (again... can't decide)
Gameboy: Tetris
Genesis: Streets of Rage 2
SNES: Mario Kart / Street Fighter 2 / NBA Jam (i like to see you decide which one was most addicting)
*at this point, i told my pops that once he got me a SNES w/ Street Fighter 2, it woul...
Mandatory ability to read confirmed for Yakuza 3!
the Agency? i think thats a real promising title for the ps3...
