Well, I suppose the only reason to play co-op in the campaign is to do it with a friend anyway. I've never considered any AI a friend :P
They are just too stupid, even if they are efficient. I like inefficient smart ppl :)
I think this is a good thing. It diversifies the experience a lot more.
