Glad they kept going.
Even if it was 4k and 120fps i would still have no interest in buying this game, let alone playing it.
I would much rather have a single player expansion, the heists have been coming for so long that i have lost interest in it.
I think we will see a next gen version at e3, everybody else is doing it so i expect them to do it for the extra cash revenue.
Hopefully they bring out a revised version with bigger battery and more efficiency, at the moment I get around it by having multiple controllers. For x1 I have multiple battery packs and some duracells on standby incase I forget to charge one for whatever reason.

Yeah they cheaped out a bit this gen by wanting to make profit from each console sold instead of producing a high spec console and just profiting from the money they charge for each game. This is why i dont see this gen lasting very long, the hardware just isn't upto it unlike previous gens and it was by design.

I think microsoft will, their backs are against the wall so this e3 is huge for them at this point they simply cannot afford to fail in any way. I am expecting big money to have been spent by them to ensure this.
Definitely a real possibility, it is more an issue of availability of broadband atm but it is improving everyday.
5 year lifecycle seems most likely, technology is moving to fast in other areas this gen. If they dont they face a real risk of becoming irrelevant, next gen will look very different to this gen with apple, samsung, valve, etc being in good positions. We might even see the end of long lifecycles with a shift to the yearly updates at that point.
Its not been a disappointing year so far, still some great games coming this year that we know about. Looking forward to finding out at e3 what else we can expect this year, hopefully something good will be announced to come in july or beginning of august cause thats the only slack period atm.
If you live outside the US not much to be excited about then unfortunatly with these apps.

The biggest thing though is that while the x1 and ps4 are stuck with todays technology, mobile devices advance every year or sometimes twice a year with new products. In 7 years time as the x1 and ps4 reach the end of their cycle I wouldn't be surprised if they have been surpassed by mobile devices.
I remember playing phantasy star one on the master system, was a great game. The second one was good but i dont have such fond memories when compared to that first one.
