Since they expected to reach 1 million by Christmas 2009... by now it's probably around 1.5-2.0 million (just guessing)
LOL... fanboys...
Don't you think FROM SOFTWARE is smart enough to know that a multiplatform game sells more then a exclusive game. Sony is the one that would have to give a check to FROM SOFTWARE if they wanted to keep the game exclusive.
Dark Souls is coming to the X360 simply because FROM SOFTWARE wants to sell more games. Since the JRPG's from the past didn't help MS sell many more consoles, i don't think they are interested in investing o...
Since you are talking about amazon, i went and took a peek...
The cheapest version of the X360 is the 4GB version (Arcade version does not seem to exist any more), witch is 230$ at Amazon.com... unless you are talking about used consoles (cheapest used is 169$).
At used consoles, you can find the PS3 at 221$.
As for X360 4GB, i think the normal retail price is 199$... can't be sure since i live in Europe.
Where i live the normal p...
I think the cheapest version of the X360 is the Arcade version at 199$. I'm not sure if that's the normal price for the Arcade.
In the USA... yes Sony is destined for 3rd place. I don't think the PS3 will catch the X360 nor Wii.
In world sales, the PS3 will take over the X360 sooner or later, simply due to the amount of exclusives it's going to have in the near future. X360 need more exclusives, and not time exclusives, nor exclusive content, nor console exclusive. X360 needs more games that can only be found on the X360.

... another review.
Good game.
Hummm... PC Based Project. Please... not another MMO.
Looks like every company wants to make a MMO.
Microsoft and other software companies should have some kind of application or rootkit that detects illegal software in everybody's PC on this thread. It would be interesting to see how many in this thread have illegal OS, music, films, apps, etc on their PC.
"1.48 million software units were sold on Xbox 360 divided by 11 different SKUs, PSP sold 1.44 million divided by 11 SKUs, the Wii accounted for 1.42 million units across 9 SKUs, DS brought in 1.34 million units across 9 SKUs and the PS3 managed 1.13 million units across 7 SKUs."
Do different SKUs mean different games ?
If SKU's are games, what games came to the X360 that didn't come to the PS3 by Sega?
I find these numbers very low....
Have to agree. Sad list by Square for the first 3 months of 2011.
The only game I'm interested is not on the list... Deus Ex. Later on the year they might have better games... like the new Tomb Raider.
Edge are one of the few sites i trust. They don't over-hype games. If it's not great, they will say it's not great... not minding the scare tactics made by stupid ranting fanboys.
Another site I trust is Giant Bomb. I'm waiting for their review.
If the single player is only 4-5 hours like some have claimed... then a 7 (or lower depending on gameplay) score is about right... unless it has a multi-player that totally blows out of the water other multi-player games.
If the single player is only 4-5 hours, then the question should be...
"Killzone 3: Are The 10/10 Scores Right?"
If those 4,5 hours for single player are true... i wounder where are all these 9's and 10's from reviewers coming from?
Probably paid off... some might be shocked, but i do believe big companies pay off reviewers for a favorable review. A game that has 9+ from most reviewers sell more... it's a fact.
I still remember Splinter Cell Conviction being bashed by reviewers because the short single player, and that influenced it's sales.
Well... massively-multiplayer zombie MMO or "MMOZ"
... Sounds interesting... guess we have to wait and see what comes out of this.
Well... 3.56 CFW hasn't been released yet... so it's more then a minor bump.
115k
Compared to other JRPG's, i don't think those numbers were very good, specially for a JRPG in it's launch week on the Japanese market. I've seen quite a few JRPG's sell a lot more then that on their launch week.
Since EA is bringing exclusive content to PS3 games, it's no wounder that PS3 software was up and X360 software was down...
X360 players are probably giving EA the middle finger.
At this moment, I would not waste money on a PSP. No exclusives worth mention this year, 3DS almost arriving and the release of the PSP2 on the end of the year. Don't be stupid, keep your money and acquire one of the consoles to be released (3DS or PSP2).
