It would never happen. I think it should but i can't see it happening. first off the media would jump on it like a fly to sh^t, then polatitions. well i think this is BS. i've owned numbers 6, 5, 2 and 1 and they all were good in thier own ways. Sonic on the go with the game gear, tomcat alley for the mega cd, the jaguar was superior to anything else at the time and fighting games on the neo geo.
if yoiu bough a wii when your intrested in FPS'ers you'd have to be pretty stupid the same goes for RTS's as they contain studying and tactics, where most wii games are sertanly lower quality and definatly casual pick up and play for an hour or so. that comment i fail to agree with. I've got a samsung omnia 16gb and a ipod touch. i'm running 1 sata2 500gb western digital cavair blue as my primary drive and a pair of 1tb Western Digital RE3's on raid array. my instalation was on the primary drive and off an exe on the desktop. i think my max transfer rate is around 35mbps in the real world on my primary and about 150mbps on my raid. i'm going to get an ssd some point this year for OS and things like photoshop, office, photo's, vids etc. but i can't see me affording anything over a 120gb unleass prices siginificantly...
i've just got an i7 920 OD and it's a beast. i've overclocked it to 3.8ghz without any effort, i know i could have got it well over 4.2ghz if i'd played with it for more time and started to alter voltages but it took less than 2 mins to overclock and like i already said it a beast. i thinking about a normal quad core instead of going fo an i7 but i was thinking about future proofing. erm i had addon machines for both the snes and n64 that enabled copies to be used. we used floppy's for the snes and cd's for the n64. the machines wern't cheap but if my memory is right they both cost lest than £100 and bought direct off the manafacture. another thing complaining about the media your current gen machine uses is funny imo. why does it matter if your disc is on a dvd9 or a bluray? yeah the dvd's are cheaper to buy so i suppose they make a bit more profit on the manafa...

i have to agree with number 9 comment. Xbox has never been innovative. Natal is a rather oversized ps3eye or eyetoy. the demo's weren't amazing, i'd have been hooked if i could have seen established IP's adapted, but instead i saw a few worse than wii quality games and obviously scripted characater. exersise games maybe good but nothing that a ps3 can't already do if implimented.
