Even if they just do port it straight to Vita and enhance it for widescreen viewing it would still look good because of Vita's gorgeous (am)Oled screen. Tweeking it to HD would be better, but rebuilding it using FF XIII's graphic engine would be gorgeous.

GTA III will be released on smartphones.. and I think eventually it will be released on the Vita also, and with that, the possibility of GTA VC, and GTA SA is not that far fetched.

Because it's only in Japan, and Japan is not that big on Uncharted. Persona 4 The Golden is not yet out, even Gravity Daze. While the competition brought out 3 aces from their hand (Mario Kart, Mario 3, Monster Hunter). Final Fantasy XIII-2 was released in Japan. PSP is still being supported in Japan and Japanese still love their PSP.
Them pirates always give the excuse that they hack systems because they want to improve it. Then why not make a hardware/system of their own that can better what Sony or any other company is offering. No funds? Then go use your talent and find a suitable job.

woah, they ripped out the GTA gsmes and put Socom on the list, no MGS Peace Walker neither.. Persona 2 is a sweet addition in the PSP libary but I don't think it is on the top 10 greatest PSP games of all time.
