Is this a serious question?
Believe it or not, some people enjoy being employeed as storytellers. And video games are arguably the finest medium to use to tell a story.
I think it was a missed opportunity for them not to make an awesome special edition boxed in Agent 47's sniper case he has in most games (or is it all? Never got to play the first one).
Would gladly dig deep for one of those!
Im with you buddy. I loved Resi Evil back on the PS1, and have been a fan of all of them since. Sure, they're very different games now, but just becuase something is different doesnt mean its no good.
Someone above me just said "Whoever likes the series right now, didnt like it at the beginning"... So, gamers arent allowed to like both survival horror, and horror action? Nice one Hitler!
Its because of the reasoning they gave to name 360, it just wouldnt make any kind of sense to be called 720. Sure, its another revolution in number only, but when the 360 came out, Microsoft stated it was called such becuase they had intended it to be the centre of your entertainment hub, in which everything revolves around. 720 would simply imply everything is spinning around in circles.
Haha, someone should tell this guy what direction he'd be facing if he spun around 360 degrees.
Its sad to see just becuase Acti are used to having thier games sell like crazy in the first month, they shut down these talented devs whose games are great, and appeal to thier own fanbases, but just becuase they dont make insane amounts of money.
I mean, Radical have been around for over 20 years, its very sad to see them shut down like this. Same with when Acti shut down Bizzare Creations.
I think the purpose of his post is that he now considers it to be more than rumor, which is what you would have been hearing since E3. Still, Id say its still a rumor unless Ninty want to confirm it. These 'anonymous close sources' dont make anything 'official.'
What about Story? I can enjoy a game with lacking gameplay mecahnics or quality if it was a really good storyline (Game of Thrones RPG comes to mind, and the reason I can go back and play something like Shenmue or KOTOR without caring about the dated gameplay), but find I really cant enjoy a game even if it has amazing graphics and gameplay, if the story is awful or non-existant (RAGE is the perfect example).
Sometimes we get lucky though, and get a really good mix of all thr...
You'd think anyone who's enough of a gamer to want to take Halo 4 online, would have a HDD for thier Xbox.
All the awesome.
Vivendi have nothing to do with the Activision milking thier game series'.
Hell yeah, this years was just the calm before the storm. Will be so much to look forward to next year, assuming there isnt a heap of leaks.
I love a good surprise at E3. Just look at Watch Dogs; took everyone by surprise and completely blew us away because of it.
Could work really well on some maps, would love to see it. I know its probably hoping for too much, but weather effects in Forge would be a treat too, for some wicked custom maps.
But the pictures here arent really a big change. Maybe like, how the trees in Isolation (ugh) in Halo 3 slowly grew throughout a long match, the sky could slowly change?
"Expect it to sell between 400 and 500,000 million units by the time it stops selling."
Seems a bit excessive doesnt it?
PC fanboys... They're the worst of the the worst.
GTFO
Looks cool. Is it PS3 exclusive?
Ah, I know what you mean.
Few online Game Rental places only gave out first disc of this game, too.
How is Clusters Revenge racist? Sure, he's a creep and a rapist, but that has nothing to do with being racist.
If something bad happens to a minority, does it instantly become racist?
Between this, Timesplitters 4 and Shenmue 3 (among others, im sure) there are a handful of game sequels that would be absolutely amazing to play, and have such a widespread and dedicated fanbase, but the publishers wont back to get through development. Its so sad.
