The PS3 will probably be up there though. I am still really pissed about losing rumble. I do think that motion sensing is trully next-gen, but without the weight of rumble, it will just feel cheap.
Although the 360 controller was a huge step in the right direction for MS, I still don't like it as much as the DualShock - that will probably be remembered as the best controller for all generations.

A 3rd party developer will likely invest it's resources in something that has global appeal rather that one niche market. If the PS3 sells well in the two biggest markets, then the PS3 will begin to have more and more 3rd party developers to invest their resources for that system.

is that 1080p was useless. I have always been an advocate to raise 360's capabilities to 1080p, but I was always ripped on for my opinion. Now I wonder what the 360 fanboys will say . . .

The fact that it's free will rate high on the forgiveness meter. That's why I have no problems with the PS2 online service. I have had no problems getting on-line with all 3 SOCOMs, Splinter Cell, and Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence - and best of all, they were all FREE!
I like the 360, it's just that I can't stand that I pay money for it and I still have connection issues that I don't with the free online Sony servers.
