No, assuming you know anything on a game that it isn't out yet other than what has been told and automatically give it a bad rap is virtue signaling. What has been told is that as you play items get unlocked. That's normal. Level up, get better weapons. Or, you can pay and unlock the weapon sooner. That isn't pay to win. Buying a million gems in clash of clans and maxing out your base is pay to win because you have to spend a huge amount of time to get to the same spot. In a game ...
How will this not be a seller? 3, 4, 5 years down the line the x will still be trucking along. The only thing they can really do is tighten up the uhd support (adding more ram for ex) especially when our eyesight has trouble discerning differences past 4k anyway. What I mean by this is, this could be one of the last consoles ever (aside from accessory support like vr) which means the x can be selling for many many years. It seems people are only thinking about the x in its first year and noth...
There's pretty much only 1 or 2 Asian devs I care about and that's square enix and Pokémon. The rest can be skipped.
A 4k br player costs twice as much as a regular br player too
Nice, love the division, one of my favorites. Glad they are doing this.
Did you read the article? They didn't touch the progression. What you're saying is like square enix slowed the progression in fire emblem with MTs because now you have to grind late in the game to get the best weapons. Well of course you won't get the best shiz right of the start, you have level up your character and play the game. Everything in this game is unlocked at milestones (level) and campaign completion, just like every other game, progression hasn't been slowed.
Did you read the article? There's nothing to grind. Just playing through the campaign will earn you the same thing at set times. Not like grinding in gta getting up your money and weapons the normal way while others put in the cheat. It's not like that. It's a set point during the campaign when you reach it, nothing to "grind more than usual".
Should have read it, there is no pay to win with they way they are setting up MTs.
I agree. Even the link the article references from makes the point that the telltale games game walking dead gives you a platinum just for beating the game. Ever play a telltale game? They're pretty easy and doesn't take very long to beat. People here think platinum trophies are the ultimate prestige but not really. People think platinums are the ultimate achievement hunting but you get 1 just for beating an easy game.
Part of that direction is supporting both halo and gears in esports.
Why would you make a game UHD that is pixelated (no smooth curves/flowing lines) anyway?
I've never waited for an update for Xbox. It has always updated automatically when it's off. Actually, it's always updating both its software and my games and apps. I'll hear the fan kick on in the middle of the night and I go "good xbox" haha! Also, I use an external drive which has a faster speed than the internal drive which means it has faster load/write times.
It's not troubling it's obvious, the switch doesn't have the power to play those games.
Gah damn it, I can never keep up with those damn kids.
Ea access is a huge reason why I choose MS over Sony (not to mention sony's "security" bs for not going along with cross plat). There are only a couple games I wasn't going to buy anyway and now I don't have to. Also, at only 30 bucks a year I save a crap ton of money.
So the ubisoft ceo isn't complaining about exclusives like everyone else? Wait a minute...
"...but I didn’t find that great blockbuster... I really didn’t find any new stuff to get excited about." These particular type of opinion pieces are annoying. I could argue that quite a few people are excited for crackdown 3 and even more for sea of thieves. Or, I could say what they said but about the switch because I don't give a crap about breath of the wild. Does that mean it's lacking games? Switchs games are still prepped to come out (where's Pokémon? Smash b...
Been gaming online with gold for about 8 years now. Have zero problem with paying for the service especially now with gwg. Price has always been 60 bucks (5 a month) but I find it cheap online for about $33-45. It seems to me they really only wrote this article because Sony raised their prices so they decided to talk about paying for these services as a whole.
I really haven't been happy with Amazon prices recently also
I've been playing games for 21 years and have never played game where dlc is mandatory.
Have you ever played a campaign game? Take gta for example. When you beat the mission, you move to the next. When you have completed x amount of missions, you unlock safe house #2. No grinding necessary. All they are doing is instead of waiting to complete the missions, you can pay to unlock safe house #2.
Reminder to advance faster? Like when video games were rid...
