Listen, in no way am I saying that people that play the Wii are wrong. I'm saying that he was given a gift. It was a PS3 that HE WANTED. Yet he felt guilty enough to post this.
I don't want to make it a gender thing, because there are girls that would prefer a PS3, but all of the guys said PS3 and all of the girls said Wii.
Why return a PS3 for a Wii that will be useless when the Wii U comes out?
I definitely agree... however, I think returning his PS3 for a Wii would be a huge mistake, and for the reasons I stated. He's being guilted into considering it.

i don't think it will fail. But I've played it and I always end up turning the 3D off b/c it hurts my eyes.
Even with the price cut, I have no interest in buying one. Much rather get a Vita, as I'm more interested in those games.

That's pretty much what I say in the article. I stress that there's a bunch of different genres and platforms to play on, and playing one over the other doesn't make you any more of a gamer.
