I bought both at launch too .. as I have with every console release since the Atari days .. I put up with the odd fault or price drop cos I know it 'could' happen. Doesn't make it right though. Wrong ... when a company pushes a new product it should have some loyalty to the early adopters. 4 months to introduce a major price cut is disgraceful. If this happened to you, you would complain and you'd be right to do so. People complain for the sake of it these days .. it's the only way to get something back. MS should take a hit and offer a token apology by way of store credit

The two things that worry me are 1). The empty lifeless world.
2). The fact the open world is not 'open' .. you should have complete freedom to access the city as you wish .. not be limited to a couple of options masquerading as freedom. I really wanted this game to be great. I'll wait till release and listen to trusted opinions
Edge is the review I look for 1st ... don't know why, I guess because they usually crush the games I want to do well. Hopeful now

I , on the other hand think it is a fantastic game.
I got the same buzz playing this as when I played my first game of Cod4.
I have got Cod ghosts, BF4 and Killzone. For me .. this relegates them all to the bottom draw ready for trade in.

It's only a 2 hour game because it's on console .. if it was a PC game it would be 4 years long .. run at 50000 fps at 30k !!

I pre ordered this specifically to play the Anal Probe mini games .... I even ordered the Anal Probe peripheral from Amazon ! Damn !!
