I don't understand why people keep throwing out GFWL. its on steam as well. If you don't want it for GFWL get it on steam ffs.
actually ps3 did get a lazy port of one of my favorite games. that was resident evil 4. they just ported the wii version over. but guess what. Because it was a good game and because I liked it, I still got it and enjoyed it. despite the fact that it could have been in full hd like most hd remakes. I didn't cry and bitch. Also skyrim is completely different. that game was broken. If dark souls is unplayable then you can complain all you want.

i think you should be happy you at least have the option to play it on pc if you dont have a console. if a lower frame rate and res makes you miss out on a great game then i pity you. ya its a missed opportunity but not a good reason to dismiss the game.

Lol are you talking about the indie bundles on steam? Those are Crap usually. steam sales were good the first time I experienced them. After that they discount the same games over and over and over. The latest summer Sale I bought arkham city and that was it. Either because the rest of the games ducked or a already previously bought them a different sale. point is valve recycles most of the games they put on sale.
hmm i disagree about the better interface. ps3 has a better interface imo. its faster and simpler(out of game) xbox is clunky, cluttered and scattered with ads. you may be right about it being unified though
while i do agree that ANALysts are pretty anoying i dont however consider any of those games to be killer apps imo. none of them made me want the wii u. as of now im not too impressed.

how does that help sony? they dont have a branded hdd that is required like xbox. i upgraded mine a couple years ago with a seagate. Sony didnt see any of that money.
I agree the theme is the main thing Uncharted borrowed from. Other than that it is its own game and calling it a clone is doing it a great dis service. Because of uncharteds success you can see an influence on this newest Tomb Raider although I wouldnt call it a clone either. The two biggest clones I have seen this gen would be Dantes Inferno and PS AllStars and Uncharted is no where in that league.
The only aspect I feel uncharted copied from Tomb Raider was the overall theme. Gameplay and set pieces Naughty Dog made for themselves. I got a heavy vibe of Uncharted set pieces and over the top action while watching the demo. Although I do admit i really like the mature theme.
people seem to forget the other benefits of plus. other than the free games i get free avatars, free dynamic themes, cloud saves, auto trophy sync and auto updates. plus all the discounts on games that you get to keep even if you lose your subscription. then you have the free psone, mini and psn games. and honestly how often do you find yourself playing a game after you had it a full year unless its a personal favorite. For example Sly Cooper was one recent i got from plus. Fun game. Beat it ...
i have had plus from the beginning. first year was mediocre. kept it mainly for the cloud game saves. so far 2012 has been amazing what they have given away. so happy i renewed.
im gonna have to respectfully disagree. I love the cross play and i hope they keep it coming. being able to play my ps3 games on the go at the exact same spot i left off when i turned off my ps3 is amazing. it makes it a mini ps3 in my pocket like they advertise. while im not against original exclusive ideas, i think cross play is smart and an AWESOME feature.
