Patcher and his merry band of journalists are placing a hefty burden on a game we haven't even seen yet, and when it comes out and fails to live up to "their hype" thats when they start unfairly rolling out 5s and 6s, review scores for when the game doesn't include the things they wanted or hoped would be included
why a glorified demo has outsold the suppose best in the genre.....
keeping in mind most of the media, Ign, 1up, g4tv, told ps3 owners not to buy said "glorified demo" because the real game was due out within 6 months
the number of copies of gt5 prologue doesn't include those who downloaded the title like myself....
also that GT psp was also in development alongside gt5 and incured some of the cost before release
GT5 is likely day one profits for sony
This was the results microsoft hoped for when they secured monster hunter online for the 360....
they benefit people: the charge for a membership fee $50, which allow people to buy things they normally pay more for at discount prices....
im one of those people who think its time for a psp price drop... putting it at $129 might not help it outsell the ds.... but it should provide a much larger and sustained boast until the psp2
that looks like a very cool use of the move controller. and i found the first echochrome to be a neat game....
the 360 has limited backwards compatibility.... my only xbox game remaining, Oddworld: Strangers Wrath isnt on the list.... it would be nice if i could play that as well

but amazon is far from an accurate way to determine sales success.... or do i need to remind everyone on this site about black friday 2009, ps3 sold out 360 3 to 1 on that site.... and who came out ahead in nov. 09.... microsoft sold about a hundred thousand more in the us that month. people on both sides are getting worked up for nothing again
it's going to be a hard to sell motion to me as well but socom with move does at least look promising
it's cool, im only partial to them.... stuff like dead space 2 with move could make for an interesting showing... maybe even move specific weapons or minigames
sony really needs to just show us the games, we know of 4 already so some gameplay footage of lbp2, k3, infamous2, motorstorm apoc, and socom 4 would be nice

of an 360 exclusive, which releases in about 3-4 weeks they dropped the ball with this one.... i wonder if its gonna have commercials
why was there no crackdown footage at e3... or not much in general the game releases in a few weeks.... this would have been a perfect time to peak interest into it...
it looks nice but what is the price going to be.... as you can do a redesign and still not lower price, the 260gb and wifi matches the 260 gb PS3 at $349.... which could also mean the accessories may get a price reduction....
also i expect them to cut the price of the arcade to at least $149
that the media, and by and large the television industry proceeds toward.... wasn't it hollywood who ultimately decided the format wars with most major studios backing bluray.... now hollywood is pushing 3d, disney's been at it for a while, other tv manufactures been at it for a while, pc game developers have been at it for awhile, so now sony is pushing 3d to the console market,
