they want the PS3 exclusives. They want this and that. They always want something. always complaining about Sony paying out the rear for stuff, when its the big "M" actually trying to corner the market all for them selves thinking that a standard dvd is gonna hold the program size this generation.
"""Thats why they gotta have a new console with a multi-disc player on the horizon"""
of course its possible that there future games could pass the quality of KZ2. but how many disks will it take to make that game. game graphics will progress over time so in a few months it is possible some one out there will pass the quality benchmarks put forth by this game.
i have had my PS3 since around 4 months after launch date and i have not looked back since. I actually move my HateBox 360 our of my gaming setup after it came back from RRoDeath. Its true you will run out of money before you run out of games to play. ad the PS3 is well established no matter what people say.
Remember an Xbox360 gamer is a PS3 gamer waiting to grow up...
i have to say i have read alot of negative stuff about this game. but i have been playing it for a few days now and i truly enjoy it. Now i have not played the first one, nor do i intend too.
Not being a big horror game fan i found this game really fun and it did creep me out when i looked down and saw Alma staring up at me when i was walking down a hallway. i gotta say 9/10 for the single player.. can't say i plan on doing multi player at least not yet.. by the time i finish th...
but everyone runs around like they are kids and very few people even attempt stratagy in a game that clearly they should.. so i chucked it in the garbage.. really right into the garbage,,,
that Apple is planning to make an independent OS that would work on a standard pc. which would be interesting. since more and more people are getting frustrated with the Microshaft OS.
but i am not gonna buy a 360 just to play it.
i read this and it made me think my trip to a certain electronics retailer yesterday. i was shopping for a new sharp 52 and was in Best Buys home theater section and looked below one of the tvs that was on display and say a 360 with RRoD. So i joked with the sales man that it was bad for business on their part. He replied that no one in the department was aware of the defective console and that it was not a major concern for them since they didn't really sell alot of 360s at this store.
for $6 it was worth it to see my 7yr old niece run around the screen with the Paintinator spatting everything with blue paint. its just to bad you can only use it on the MGS levels and on home made levels
but doesn't the solid snake gear come out later.. i keep hearing about it but i don't see it in the US
excellent article.. its been a long time since i read an article that showed shy both consoles need each other to survive.
all closed beta tester were given the chance to check out the club house feature a few weeks ago. those club houses were free to use but once open beta is activated and a prices set for the club house the owners will have to decide if they wish to keep there club house(pay the fee) or let it go.
Home is what you make of it... instead of just using the XMB to chat with your friends you can see visual reps of them.. which is actually fun.i can't wait to check out the spaces that they will be adding. and see whats new in the Home shops. They should have made it so you could jump into the Playstation Store from home. maybe later?
i downloaded the update but the server is says the server is still down.
while Microsoft putts around with the dvd format ,and multi-disk games, everyone will be using either BD or what ever competitive high capacity optical format. if Micro insists on sticking with the DVD format for games it will become obsolete...
this is far from over for Sony. the 360 is maxed out. the PS3 still has 3 good years left atleast, if this new 400gb disc picks up then you may see and upgraded PS3 with a faster BD drive in 1.5/2 yrs or even less. the upgradable hdd gives the console of a new level of gaming capability combined with the increase of HDD size( i got a 120 in mine with a 1TB USB hooked in).
MS has to come out with their next console in 2 years time(max) to continue to compete with the PS3.
...
If i make it look like and apple maybe it will taste like one. Microsoft hopes that by looking like OS X it will stop people from moving over to apple.
as for the comments that apple doesn't have software, or games.. apples are not designed for games really. Look at user developed software..
i have a Mini in my room hooked up to my 32 in lcd for internet nd entertainment.
and a Windows pc hooked to my 52 in lcd in the living room and people prefer to ...
to the guy that said this was a massive repeat article.. it is in part but the earlier articles all stated that Pioneer was reluctant to confirm if the new disc was going to be compatible with current BD drives. and There was speculation that it would require a firmware update. this is a confirmation article.. so go sit on it..
The possibilities are awe inspiring. imagine being able to buy a movie like Iron Man and (with a modest price increase) purchase the game as well.
the PS3 is ina gaming class by it self.. we have all 3 consoles and the Wii is for kids.. and not even considered next gen in this house.. the 360 is considered a dvd player with upscaling capabilities... which leaves the PS3 as the only true next gen console in this house.. and we have 6 gamers in here.
thats all i am not being greedy or demanding. Co-op would have been sweet. give me split-screen and this game would be perfect
