I love them cause I can enjoy the story and relax while playing. Just finished Batman. There are plenty of indie 2d games, twitch shooters and 3d open world games out there. Give me more life is strange, until Dawn and Detroit!

Ugh, I was so happy when Sony said no to EA access but this opens the flood gates. If you own an Xbox you pay for live, you pay for EA access, you can now pay for gamer pass. Then Activision will do it and Ubisoft and Take 2 before you know it you are paying 80 a month for games you wont play or have time to play....
Great article and good read. I agree and also feel Mario, Zelda and Nintendo will get that edge in gamers minds amd hearts and are looked at with rose colored glasses. That said I also applaud Nintendo for trying somethi g new with Zelda. Still the lack of story, empty world, insane weapon durability hold it back from GOTY. So many reviewers mentioned this and frame rate issues but it still got a 10/10 with another game would be a 9.2
PUBG is a fad. Not saying it isn't fun but remember Day Z...

Nice! These open world games lack cinematics that propel the main story it gets lost. This one is on my radar for sure!

Sony showed off Detroit being Human, Spiderman and God of War all looked amazing. Xbox showed Minecraft 4k...I am not worried.
I wish the Xbox stuck to being a media machine with good games, then it would have a nice place in my media center. But they took that away and had an inferior machine to the PS4 and it was priced higher. They did a lot to right their wrongs such as backwards compatibility, the S and the X which both improved the hardware bu in doing so they lost focus on games and first party titles. At my point in my life I'd take an 8-10 game with great graphics and a good story over a 40 hour open wor...
