Even if the Kinect failed it made the Xbox unique. For consoles to survive they need to more than a mid tier PC, whether it is the dual sense and VR of PS5, handheld and docking of the Switch, Xbox needs something next gen or why get it.
I know Sony has a few games in 2025 which will be amazing I already preorded DS2 but without Microsoft it would of been a bleak year but they are filling these holes nicely and PS5 users are getting game after game, I think June they will announce Starfield with the 2nd DLC on PS5, and I'm sure Avowed and South of Midnight will be there around holiday.
Play the first, graphics are a step down but still great, game wise it is a much much better game. (Puzzles are meh still though) but if you though 2 was good or okay, part one is fantastic.

Loved the first but the 2nd is nit a great game, Gameplay, Story, Puzzles, combat are all mess. It is a hell of graphical showcase though so looking forward to DF analysis.
So don't buy it...$10 for an upgrade isn't much and if you don't own it why wouldn't you get this version?
Sony helped AMD with FSR 4.0 so I am sure PSSR is using features from it.

Awesome this will be on PS+, Heard great things but sometimes these games don't click with me. I remember buying The Witness and just not playing much, also getting lost in Outer Wilds
I dont get why they didn't hold off on a compatibility list closer to launch esp if devs are just getting dev kits now.
I dont trust Microsoft to build an OS for this looking at the Windows phone so I think this will be just Windows with a Steam like Big Picture mode locked in the UI to launch games.
Nintendo already went dirty selling a Japanese region locked version for $349. That means they are charging other countries $100 more just cause.

Going to the movies with 2 people is usually $50 and that is a 2 hour experience, Same can be said for a lot of things, dinner out, skyzone trampoline park, golfing. 13 hours of entertainment for $50 isn't unreasonable games have gotten way to used to the 100 hour open world collect fests.
