Basically what do they expect, Switch is hardware that is EOL. So it is either don't get it or get a severally downgraded version. Then you need to decide is that worth the price they are asking. Some how Nintendo can still work magic on their first party games but for 3rd party this late into the hardware life cycle you aren't going to get better games like most platforms.
I can get how the 20 year old single journalist is like why do I need this, but the 40 year old dad and mom who's TV is playing cocomelon or alphmau videos on youtube 100% needs this.
I have a steamdeck and love but still ordered the Playstation Portal. My backlog in PS5 and with Essential I a ton of games each month and being a Dad this will allowe.tp get to them!

Starfall isn't the game MS is looking for. Hardware seller for sure but gamepass subscription will live off on going live service games, not single player rpgs.
Hardware down 13%. I'm still predicting MS is going to try to be the Netflix of gaming. With studio acquisitions and cloud gaming they can make an Xbox dongle or app for smart tvs and have a huge catalog of games for a subscription.

I enjoyed Faye in Divinity 2 having masks to hide you are undead, poison healing you, made things very interesting
They gonna do as well as RARE with Xbox...EA and MS where developers go to die.
It is not a handheld...it's a PS5 accessory. A controller with a screen built in. Why don't some reviewers not get this. And not Sony diehards but Sony dads and moms who can't sit and game in the living room, or want to get some trophies before bed.
