This will be the normal although I hope most devs give a performance mode which allows 60fps
He did right...a non-committal answer will sell Xbox system at launch but when these games come out in 2 or 3 years and if the install base for PS5 is high I am sure they will be timed Xbox Exclusives but will still come out for PS5 or MS is leaving a lot of money on the table.
You won't see 4K benefit on a cell phone size screen
This is a no duh. Games this gen went 1080p 30fps to look the best they can and games next gen will do the same. Pretty graphics in trailers and screen shots trump 60fps and 4K for selling a game

No...PCs in raw numbers will always crush a 400 to 600 gaming console. That said gaming consoles ade dedicated machines so they are able to squeeze much more power from their hardware then a PC running windows 10. Plus devs are pushing console hardware but not PC hardware only excepts ive seen have been MS flight simulator and Crysis back in the day...cause they need to cater to a large user of PC owners who dont all own a 3090 RTX

We know they planned to release it as is because interviews said Ray tracing would be added in a patch down the road and not be there for launch. Thoa game has beem in development for 6 plus years with 500 million dollar budget. Something else is going on besides the fact that it wasn't close to finish
They didn't plan to delay till it got so much negative press. If people were like...this is okay they would of just released it.
TLOU2 had the same issue RDR2 did but being open world RDR2 epilogue dragged like crazy...
I hope they add it in. Not a deal breaker but I would be playing a single player game and my friend invites me to play Apex not having to find a save spot and jumping right out would be nice
