gonna get myself a new ps3 in a week or two(i sort of screwed up my 80gb fat while tampering with it).i just hope support for the ps3 doesnt dwindle to a trickle once the ps4 is announced .....been a great couple of years being a ps3 owner.
p.s just added a vita to the family.

i dont beleive its a dead system yet.there is demand for it as evidenced by the huge spike in sales following price cuts.
though there may be some truth in it being risky to develop exclusively for as compared to other handhelds with its lower install base.
i just hope the great games don't stop coming.

yes,i agree the memory cards are expensive.
sure,he can give his opinion on something which he doesnt have or didnt spend much time on,that's entirely his prerogative, just as it is our's ,to call him out on his skewed and biased opinion.
the ps vita is a great piece of hardware and has great games.i bought the declassified bundle and with psn+ extending on to the vita the need for cheaper memory cards has never been greater for me:)...still stuck with the 4 gb bundled card

i do have another question but its regarding the vita and psn.i have psn plus on an alt account(not my main account) and was wondering whether i'd have to tether my vita to the plus account to play the vita games that are part of the instant game collection or is there some way for me to play them on my main account like i normally do on my ps3 after using my alt account to download them first?
some insight into this matter will be much appreciated
when is this releasing elsewhere apart from japan?

i dont understand all the hate for cod.i tried codmw2 and it was fun.the only reason i dont buy the cod series is because its priced way more than most ps3 games where i live,and by the time i can get my hand on a decently priced 2nd hand copy the next one arrives.lol
most of the people are bashing cod for being a product of lazy ass development but i like to rate a product for what it is,not what it could have been

personally i prefer kz2 over kz3.....kz2 delivered a purer experience in my opinion.
the things i did approve of in kz3 was the brutal melee,option for move controls,location variety.
i enjoyed the kz2 mp much more than i ever did the kz3 mp.
hope killzone 4 shoots it out of the park.

just goes to show, whether your a gaming journalist or a regular joe,bias of some sort is all but nonexistent so the only way to benefit from a gaming reviewer is to follow one whose taste matches yours or one who can judge a game within its own parameters with the least amount of confounding variables to skew the review either way

it's just gamespot's opinion my friend.just as you have one.there are reasons for for it being proclaimed as 'their' goty, just as you may have your own reasons why it shouldn't be.
for you ,game length,plot complexity and gameplay mechanics might be mandatory requirements for even being considered as goty material.
JUST not so for gamespot.
personally i thought the game was GREAT and really enjoyed the unique online mode.
