Mag is by no means lag free. ESPECIALLY in domination. more like lag-fest!
getting a 64+ player game is very difficult now that the game has had what little player base it had splintered among new releases.
As for peformance. i would say for how the game looks (ugly ps2 level) one would expect 60fps, while you get 30 at best if your not being airstruck or artillery at which point you get 15fps
